- The scholarship given by the college is very good , it gives us the motivation for studying and you can start earning in the college itself.
- Few teachers are really good over here and they guide us very well
- I like the concept of doing an internship as the part of the credit and at the end of 3 and 4 year we should do project which helps students to gain the perspective of outer world
Dislikes
- The timing and time table making sucks they just can't organise it properly they rush you a lot and have to do lot of self sty
- Rarely fests happen and that to it will happen just before exams most of the time
- Few rule feel over the board like it feels they are extreme and we should be always on time even 1 min late done
Course Curriculum Overview
I am in my second sem .so we have basic concepts of all branches the curriculum is fine in way that not to bad but not to good by in matter of physics pes have its own syllabus due which for physics cycle it is the biggest con in remaining aspect it's fine
Internships Opportunities
In the end of 3 year internship opportunities are given through campus but only less ppl get it but the thing is that we should either way do an internship for the credit so if you get it through campus well and good otherwise we should somehow we get it from outside for credit and in placement there will three tier according to CGPA and entrance tests and resume so ya
Placement Experience
I am still in second sem but from few of the senior talks placement is somewhat better than other colleges and even though if can't get in campus you will still have something for your resume which make it better situation than other in the outer market

I JOINED PES THROUGH PESAT SO THE FEE IS 4.5 LAKH . THE BRANCH I OPTED IS FOR AI AND ML . PES HAS SCHOLARSHIP BASED ON YOUR ACADEMIC RESULT (CGPA AND SGPA). PES HAS 3 SCHOLARSHIPS 1. MRD FOR THE TOP 5% 2.CNR FOR TOP 25% 3. MERIT SCHOLARSHIP ( GIVES 2000) FOR 7.5 ABOVE CGPA
Campus Life
There is not much social life in ec campus because most of the events happen in rr campus ec ppl can go but to much time to travel, the clubs are not that active, the active clubs are cultural clubs but there will be lot of speech for first years
Hostel Facilities
I don't know about boys hostel but in girls hostel Omgg there is one washing machine and current goes off and on most of the time wifi is like unbelievable that shit never exist and the new warden OMG she doesn't even do her job properly but love shouting and ringing bell to disturb the sleep
Admission
I joined pes through PESAT and my batch is the last batch for pesat as frome 2025 it is only through jee mains . I applied for Amrita college also , I felt PES has better opportunities than Amrita in terms of career and placements and the way we have to do projects and have opportunity to present outside and beside that few faculty also helps to bring out your talent it's just these factors ae there in amrita also but very much better at pes
Faculty
Faculty is ok even though you can't understand there will slides in the pesu app which you can go through. Personal semester we will have 3 exams ISA1 , ISA 2 and ESA isa 1 and 2 are the internal for 40 marks and each which will reduce to 20 for each isa and 10 marks for assignment and all esa for 100 marks which will reduce to 50
Night Life
Night life does not exist especially for girls the curfew is like 6:30 and even if one min late we need to travel for 2 hrs to rr campus take permission and all that shit for boys its 7:30 but all years girls hostel is out of campus and for boys from second year hostel is inside campus
