The College is a unique mix of education along with overall development. Where one can develop various skills such as leadership, time management, punctuality. Here one can take part in various activities to develop themselves. Only one thing lacking is the in house Hostel for students of Undergraduate.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course Structure is pretty decent and is constantly being upgraded with industrial inputs . Such as inclusion of courses related to electrical vehicle for the student of electrical Engineering as it is one of the upgrowing field. The Exam structure is simple with two class tests and a project followed by a semester end examination for each subject.
Placement Experience
The brand name of the college is very good in the state as well as national level and along with its NAAC A accreditation it is attracting lots of good company for placement for all the branches of engineering. And so placement is around 80-90 % with very good packages . The university would also help in finding the internship to students but not to all of them . Overall experience is very good as the placement cell makes excellent effort to make one placement/ internship ready
College Events
Various Events form annual Sports Meet to the technical Fest called Nu tech are organised. NU tech is one of the largest technical fest of gujarat were students come from entire state to participate in the fest . There is also Annual Culture fest named Horizon , which is also the most extravagant fest of Gujarat which a Three day fest having various cultural activities having comedy shows and a big bang concert have hosted big singers like KK , Kailash Kher , Shankar Mahadevan and many more .
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is moderate. With loan and scholarships facility available to the students.the fees remain fix for the 4 year programme. The fees can be paid easily either at is bank or through paytm or through net banking making it extremely easy.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are couple of this loan and scholarships offered through the Nirma Trust as well as Government of Gujarat and get decent amount of Scholarships on basis of performance of student in class 12 and also his/her semester grade .
Campus Life
The labs are equipped with excellent test set ups and all the latest software and teat instruments. There are cricket ground and football ground and basketball ground with all the sporting equipments .
Hostel Facilities
The university doesn’t provide hostel facilities for the under graduate students though there is hostel in the campus but it is only for the post graduate students .the hostel is pretty decent with mess facilities.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a excellent platform available online for alumni to get and stay connected called alma Connect. Were one can get Job Openings and requirements from the industry too . There is also annual alumni meetup organised .
Admission
The Admission process is quite simple . A Admission form for the college has to filled with all the necessary details and choice for branch . Followed by it a Merit list is put out . Then there is a online process for the waiting list and select and confirming the allocation.
Faculty
The Faculty are highly experienced with few of the having industry experiences and also many PHD faculty from renowned universities of India . The faculty are very helpful and friendly in nature and would take deep interest in the final year project by motivating from the beginning of the course .
