I applied to a few reputaed institutions like Lucknow University and integral for BBA and also got a confirmed admission offer from SRMU. However i choose Microtek mainly due to it's affordable fee structure, knowledgeable academic environment and proximity to home. I didn't make it to LU due to high cutoff in the entrance exam. The admission process at Microtek was straightforward. It required minimum 50% in 12th grade( any stream) and no mandatory entrance exam. Before getting in this college I had applied for BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY but later backed out because the university did not offer this course with placements opportunities. I did not get any rejection rather i opted out by myself from the process. For getting into this college , only one enterance exam is conducted by the college itself and hence the students get admitted on the basis of the merit they score in the exam. Later you are called for the counselling process where your documents are verified and after everything is found ok, you get your seat.
