What Students Say

Likes

I like that all classes have smart board instead of black board so it is easier to write notes
I also like the infrastructure that the campus contain more trees

Dislikes

I don't like the benches and water facility
The college canteen is very rushing it is very difficult to buy foods

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose AI and DS because i like computer science so much and also AI is a booming technolgy so i chosen it. The teaching method can be improved by giving practical lessons instead of teaching only theory

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 225000 per year

Placement Experience

Right now currently two students has placed in 44 LPA which is the highest package ever placed. The one student is from AI department . And I'm planning to go in full stack development role jobs. Mostly 90 percent of students are getting placed but few of them are only in 44 lpa packages and high salary packages. Most of the top companies are coming for placements such as tcs, wipro, cognizant, amazon etc..

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for AI DS management quota is 225000 For the counselling quota it is 150000 but the college provides a scholarship for students who have higher cut off. I have scored 190 cut off in 12th standard so the college provided me full scholarship. I only need to pay the exam fee. The full 100% tuition fee is scholarship for me so I'm paying only nearly 5000 per year.

Campus Life

In our college the main event that occurs every year is yatra. Library is not so big and not so small but it is in decent size it contains most of our college syllabus related books. The classrooms contains smart board that is the provision. And there is no important in sports as i expected mostly they appreciate technical events but not non technical events

Admission

I didn't apply any other college because RIT given me full scholarship and also engineering is a costly course which RIT is providing for free so i think it is more useful for students like me because i cant afford such money

Faculty

The faculty are mostly friendly but sometimes they are strict there are 3 exams conducted per semester CAT 1 CAT 2 and CAT 3 which is mainly responsible for our internal marks that is calculated during the semester time.The semester mark is converted into 60 and remaining 40 mark is based on CAT exams and assignments given. Overall the faculties are best

Night Life

I'm a day scholar so i didn't know about the night life and hostel. But most of my hostel friends said the food is not so good and there is a 3 canteens in our college one of for foods one of for bakery and one for chat items. There is no hangout places in our college. Campus timing is morning 8 to 3

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Life in Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

We have plenty of placement opportunities starting from 6th semester. The noteable companies that visit the campus are Cognizant, Accenture, HCL, etc. IT company placements are better. The average package is 4.25 LPA.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
