MSU BBA: Your Perfect College Life Starts Here

The faculty, facilities, fee structure, curriculum, events etc are everything a college actually needs. One slight downfall is there are strict rules to be followed here like strict dress code (only formals allowed) and compulsory attendence but otherwise, this college is great.

The course includes various subjects from different fields, right from Advanced Accounting to Psychology and Philosophy. The course expands our horizon of knowledge. In each year, there are 2 semesters. Each semester has 2 exams: mid semester and end semester examination. Mid semesters are of 30 marks whereas end semesters are of 70 marks

As I've heard from my seniors, the college provides us good placement opportunities within the campus. Recruiters like Amul, ONGC, etc come to our campus and provide us good packages. Our college provides us internship after our 4th sem is over which is compulsory for all students.

We have a series of events that is our college's identity. Firstly, we have the launch event of our college magazine called Sankalp. Then, we have our fresher's followed by the BBA Baazigar and Budding Aces which is one of the biggest college events in all of Gujarat. It is a business game and we invite students from school and colleges across the state to participate in this vibrant event. We provide them with capital to carry their business for 3-4 days and whoever makes the biggest profit wins. We also have an annual football and cricket tournament (both virtual and real). We organise photography workshops associated with Oragraphy. These are the main events happening annually.

It is pretty feasible. There are three categories: General, Payment and Special Payment. General category is for those top 50 students in the final merit list. General Payment Category is 27,000. Special Payment is for the next 100 people in the merit list. Payment Category is 56,000. Special Category is for the rest 50-60 people and foreign students who seek admission in this college. The fee is 96,000.

There is a provision for economically backward students in our college. People who belong from SC/ST/OBC also have special provisions that can be availed. The fee structure is already very feasible which makes it affordable for everyone.

We have a common ground where students can play football and cricket. We also have a computer lab and a common room which has a table tennis board to play with. The classrooms and offices are all equipped with air conditioners.

Our college also hosts an event every three years called Samanayan. It is an event where the alumni are invited and a week long fest is organised in our college. We also have an app called MSU BBA ALUMNI NETWORK which helps us in connecting with our alumni and finding people easier.

The first step was to purchase and fill the form and submit it online. Later, they announce the dates for entrance test, interview and group discussion. After I gave the entrance test aka the first round, a meri list was announced the next week prior to it. I cleared the first round. The second round comprised of Group Discussion (15 marks), Written Ability Test(10 marks), and Interview(15 marks). The topics for GD were given on the day of the entrance test. I scored a decent amount of marks in this round, so I got admitted to my college.

The faculty of the college is top notch. They hire people from a rich academic background to become their internal faculty. Teachers from different faculties also come to teach us subjects like Law, Psychology, Philosophy etc.
