Course Curriculum Overview

4

There's very less burden of course and you can focus on your personal goal as well like preparation for competitive exams. I choose this course because it really help for my further studies. This curriculum prepares me for analytics and management. How to manage accounts, finance and also how to manage my time and work. If I suggest them they have to take presentation also and give every student chance for extra course related to subject in their syllabus in this way they can promote the speciality of that subject in students. Frequency and timings are better in my perspective.

Fees and Financial Aid

Better career opportunities -Many jobs require a degree, and it can help you earn more. Personal growth - You become independent, improve problem-solving skills, and meet new people. Networking- University helps you build connections that can benefit your career. Access to resources - Libraries, labs, and internships give you hands-on experience. Expensive- Tuition and living costs can be a financial burden. Time-consuming- It takes years to complete a degree, delaying full-time work. Not a job guarantee- A degree doesn’t always mean you’ll get your dream job. Stressful- Exams, deadlines, and academic pressure can be overwhelming.

Campus Life

4

There are not many fest held in my university but some of them are fabulous like spandan which is cultural fest. Along with this kashi yatra and festivals programs like Saraswati Puja and mahashivratri also held. Various seminars and conferenced held on different topic. There are various journals available in library but they are outdated here university have to work on their library. Classrooms do not possess smart classes. Sports and extra curricular activities are held in between every 3 months. But there's no social groups or not any clubs in my campus which is ridiculous.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel facilities are quite good. There's sometime power cut issue but it was quite normal. Hostel room are enough for 2 student not more than that. Hostel give 2 beds 2 table 2 chair and 2 cupboards. If I give review on meal quality and menu then BHU mess will register FIR on me. Hostel are quite affordable and registration process are easy and simple.

Admission

Actually this is my dream college so I chose this college over other. And there are so many things also that it is one of the best University in the country. Many of student have dream to take admission here. This is a central university which provide best facilities with low cost so can anyone can afford it. I also apply for other universities like Delhi University, lucknow university and allhabad university. I got selection in each of them. But delhi is quite expensive for me like middle class people. And lucknow university and allhabad university do not possess the environment and system of education that Banaras Hindu University, which is my university possess. There is same admission process through central university entrance test (CUET). After then you have to register yourself and to apply if you come under there cutt off then you got admission otherwise not.

Faculty

4

Faculty members are so fabulous. They are helping in nature. They do not make pressure for anything. There's equal and enough ratio of faculty-to- student. I like faculty of management most of them because it also give best placement in campus. There are two semester exam in each year. Exams are of 70 marks and rest of 30 marks of sessionals or we can say on practical.

Interview Experience

5

There's no Group discussion or personal interview for admission. Only from CUET exam score I got selection in the university. After the selection I have to go for physical verification in the faculty after that I got admission there's simple and easy way to take admission. I only prepare for CUET exam. If anyone prepare for this exam and score good marks then he pr she will got admission easily

Night Life

5

Famous hangout places is malviya park where generally couples are roaming every day. Another famous place is vishwanath temple in campus where outsider also visit and security of campus is not good enough. Cafeteria are quite expensive that a middle class student can't afford easily. Hostel facilities are good but timings are not fair. Girls hostel closing time is on 5:30 in the evening after this it will open directly in morning at 7 o' clock seems like a jail but it is also good in point of view of safety. There's no late-night activities for girls if they are living in hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.Com course curriculum in my college is quite relevant and well structured. It covers core commerce subjects like accounting, business studies, and economics, which helped me choose this course. The syllabus mainly focuses on building strong theoretical fundamentals, which is useful for students planning higher studies such as M.Com, MBA, or professional courses like CA. The curriculum prepares students reasonably well for academic purposes, but there is still scope for improvement in terms of real-world exposure. More practical learning, case studies, presentations, and industry interaction would make the course more skill-oriented and career-focused. The college follows the semester system with internal and external examinations conducted regularly. The exams are of moderate difficulty level. Students who attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and study consistently can pass and score good marks.
