- The boys to girls is ratio is 1:1 . There gonna be labs which is going to do in pair wise which is more fun and enthusiastic.
- There gonna be clubs where we can interact with the girls more often than in classes and labs
- The placement are good in Sastra and infrastructure and learning facilities are good enough to gain the knowledge
Dislikes
- 75 percent faculty are good and the rest are waste
- There is no fests in the college which is boring and one fest is average that is named as kuruksastra
- The ground size for playing cricket is lese in the college which is very bad for students
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm a student at SASTRA Deemed University, and I've had a great experience with the course curriculum so far. work on projects that are relevant to the industry. It's amazing how much we learn from these interactions – it's not just about bookish knowledge, It's good for interact with the faculty and the staff members in the sastra which too close and they are approaching closely with the students
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure in sastra deemed university is for tution fee is around 80000 to 100000 the fee will increase for each semester. The mess fees is collected for each month and it varies about 3600 to 5000 . If it's holidays means the mess fees may reduces . The hostel fee is about 15000 to 30000 depends on the which room they gonna take . Lab fee ,admission fee are collected in the tution fee they will inform it in the app we need to check it The scholarship are gonna get it in the 3-1 or 3-2 it's about the person capabilty.
Campus Life
The overall experience in sastra is good the more clubs u participate in clubs the more u will get the name and authority in this college . The indor stadium is good in sastra. The equipment provided by the sastra is very costly and we can use it and know the existence of that equipment. The overall rating for the sports is 3.5 out of 5 .
Admission
The reason I choose this college is to get to know how the other states are look like and know the tamil language which is useful for the communication. I got the seats in other colleges but I prefer sastra because it has the best ranking around india than the colleges I got seat so, that's the reason I joined in the sastra. After 12th we need to apply for it and pay the fee get into the college
Faculty
The faculty in the Sastra deemed University is often good and they are interactive with the students. The faculty I mostly liked is Jayalatha mam .the teaching skills are good and very beautiful. There are 3 cias conducted by the sastra in which we need to write 2 cias properly to get pass . The faculty which I hate the most is shanmugan sir when ever I was late to class he never allowed me . The level of the sem exams are moderate which is easy to pass.
Night Life
The hostel is close at 9.30 pm and we need to give a roll call from 8.35 to 9.30 and then it's our wish in hostel we can do whatever we want . We can visit temples surrounding to sastra which are more famous around the india .
