What Students Say
Likes
- The practical and clinical exposure that they provide.
Dislikes
- The whole time table can sometimes be overwhelming with so much to do.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teaching methods are simple with powerpoint with additional videos for experimental processes. There are two exams called as terminals and one proff commonly called the professional exams. The curriculum works yearly with 2 terms and 1 proff in a year.
Internships Opportunities
As bds graduates we are made mandates to complete our one year internship with the college which provides us the opportunity of what it will feel like to run one's own clinic one day. With handling of patients coming into our respective departments.
Fees and Financial Aid
Subharti provides a great competitive environment with experienced professors. The labs are well equipped and everyone believes in a hands on teaching model. The curriculum is rigorous with tests in the end of every month and remidial classes for any slow learners.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activites are there around the months and year, with collaboration of subharti's fine arts and other colleges. As it is a university it has those benefits. They have competitions and melas for the same.
Admission
I chose this college over all others because of the experienced faculty that they have, the lab facilities that they provide, the type of exposure we get when conferences and exhibitions are held in our or other colleges and we are sent out.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 1:80. Faculty are helpful even beyond lecture hours. They encourage students for article and publication writing, which not only enhance our knowledge but also increases our credibility.
Night Life
Famous hangout spot for our seniors and for us is rakhi canteen situated just outside the premises of the college. Then the campus has pmc (peeya milan chowk) that is actually the enterance of medical college.
