Since NIET is autonomous, It prepares it's own curriculum and updates it from time to time depending on the changing world. Exams are usually held between 10 am to 1 pm. The difficulty level of mid semesters exam is less as compared to end semester exams.If a student has a thorough knowledge of the concepts,he/she is likely to pass the exam.

College also provides internship opportunities for the students. Officials from good companies are invited to teach the students about different projects and how to crack placements. However, not everyone gets on campus internship.

College provides nice placements.You are eligible to sit for placement from 7th semester. Companies like wipro, Infosys, tcs do visit here. Highest package offered is about 51 lpa and the average package is 6 lpa. Generally, 80 percent students get placed Though some have to settle in less than 3 lpa. My plan is to grab the best placement opportunities after getting a degree

The annual fees of NIET is 1,79,100. Tution fees-118,400 Caution fee- 5000 Registration fee- 4800 Student welfare - 5000 Department society and outstretch activity- 7600 Career planning and technical grooming - 7800 Earnest money against training and placement - 5000 Institute industry interface- 5400 Tbl -8600 You have to pay extra 20000 if you want to take admission in twinning branches. For scholarship - You can apply for Uttar Pradesh scholarship if you are from Uttar Pradesh(10th marksheet required for proof)

Infrastructure is what this college needs to work on. Campus size is very small. Not many, but Two or three festivals are held every year. NIET's biggest festival is jagmag. Coming to sports,there are not many sports opportunities here. However there are many clubs to join from the first year.

Niet provides hostel facilities which includes Single, Double, Triple and Four seater rooms.Since I am in Triple seater room, my hostel fees is 101700 rupees per annum.It provides four time meal which is pretty good .

Main reason for choosing this college was because this college is autonomous. Therefore it prepares it's own curriculum and updates it from time to time depending on the changing world and technologies.Unlike other aktu affiliated colleges which are using same unchanged curriculum over the years. You can get admission in this college either through aktu counselling on the basis of jee rank or through direct admission on the basis of boards percentage. The faculty to students ratio is 1:70. Faculties are genuinely very good leaving aside a few.In most scenario, section A of each branch are given the best faculties. I experienced the best guidance under Sandeep sir of mathematical foundation and sir Mohit Pathak for basic electrical and eletronics engineering because of their dedication and willingness to make us learn the concepts thoroughly. There are 3 mid semester and 1 end semester exams in a semester the level of difficulty in mid semesters is less as compared to end semester. If a student pays attention in his class and has a thorough knowledge of the concepts,he/she is likely to pass the exam. Niet offers gym facilities, though you have to pay extra for it.It has a decent library and night atmosphere is also good. Student's from hostels are not allowed to go outside after 6:30 pm. There are not many places to roam outside and the area is generally termed unsafe to go after 11:00pm
