Course Curriculum Overview
As i had ARTS stream in my 12th so for that also i have to pursue my course into B.A and taking ENGLISH as honours paper was my personal choice because my atmost interest lies in literature which helps me to gather information about different authors poets and writers and also their writing style as well as the inclusivity of the themes that driven them to choose it as a way of protraying their thoughts.
Internships Opportunities
There is very less placement opportunities available in our college as it os still not well recognised and the yearly performance is also not that upto the mark . As i am pursuing B.A english honours so there is no such placement offers available for the deparment as soon we complete our course we have to seek employment opportunities off campus .
Placement Experience
The placement oppourtunity is very low as only rare companies visits our college and tgey select only few students and gives tgem the opportunity to work with them due to which maximum students faces employment difficulty. The rate of placement is only upto 20-30% .
Fees and Financial Aid
We have to pay registration fees for every semester and then we are supposed to pay examination fees other than that we dont pay any fees. As i am from B.A so we pay around 1100 for registration and upto 1300 for examination fees.
Campus Life
No such annual functions are being held only intercollege competition takes place other than that college doesnot organise any events or fests . No society are being run by the college due low participation rate. Annual sports day is being organised every year which help the students to showcase their capability through curricular activities.
Admission
The main reason behind behind choosing this colllege is that it was nearby my house and and it also provided the course which i was willing to opt. Also that it has affordability and provided the same course for which i dont have to spend lakhs if i woukd i have applied to other colleges. The admission process is also very simple we just have to appear for entrance exam and if get selected then the document verfication is carried out.
Faculty
The faculties are also well educated as it can be easily determined through their way of teaching. They have proper knowledge about their specific subjects that they teach as well as they give thier best to make students easily understand the concept and help them secure good grades. Along with that proper schedule for class is maintained and they arrive in the class on time without missing .
Night Life
The night life around my college is quiet facinating as there is a peaceful surrounding along with that there is a hub of street food and all kind of cafes and restaurants are avilable nearby college. But the hostel rules are but strict as the students are not allowed to step out of the college campus .
