No proper classroom, no pratical classroom

Course Curriculum Overview

I thaught that hotel management would be a professional course with a lots of pratical and theoretical knowledge with a lab experience but our college don't provide us with any lab experience else this course provide you with a lots of knowledge and you can also travel through hotel line .

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of my course is 1lkh per year which does not included hostel Academic assessment: 100, Tution fees: 75, campus service: 150. I have also applied for scholarship but haven't received any scholarship

Campus Life

If I ralk about our infrastructure our faculty is getting renovated, and campus focus on extracurricular activities also. Our faculty also have a wide variety of book and library. There are also so many student run social group, music clubs and more

Admission

I choose Banaras Hindu University as the ranking of the college is very good as compared with other college. If I compare it with othe college then there comes with lack of faculty, facilities, small campus, placements are not good. I have applied for Chandigarh University, Delhi University, Mithi bai College but I found bhu with the largest campus as compared with them

Faculty

I'm a student from Faculty of Arts, the professor don't provide us with the proper information, they provide us with half of the information and when we ask them they just change the topic. In 3 years there are 6 paper 3 pratical and 3 written

Night Life

The night life of bhu is best of all we have cafeteria, gym, swimming pool, badminton court, footballer court, hockey, cricket ground , library, computer center, walking/ running ground, launtennis and many other sports to keep our mind fresh with a lot of peace inside the campus. In bhu there are so many hangout places like madhuban park, botanical park ,temples and much more

If you are really passionate you will get amazing opportunities to get experience.

Placement Experience:

BHU is a well established university in every department. But some are less developed like DDU kaushal kendra RGSC BHU Mirzapur. After internship in 4 semester students become eligible for campus placement. There are limited company and agencies releted to Hospitality and Tourism Management are connected with us. About 3 to 4 lakhs of average platform if someone also actively looking forward to and only half of students get placement. Due to the not only companies but also at student end they are not capable for service industry with required skills sets. I am now planning to pursue PG in management courses from central university like BHU DU UoH etc

Placement Experience:

After 5 or 6 semester the students are eligible to get campus placement in different companies. Many companions were xame like nestle, sudha, etc. The highest pakage us about 20 lakh/ anum and average package is 5-10 lakh per anum. There is about 80% change of placement of sudents number.

Welll from last year of the course the students become eligible for the jobs and the college do provide jobs there are many companies who come and take students the average package is about 2 to 4 lac and the highest is 7 to 8 lac .... mostly 10 students from the class get the jobs ...my plans are that i will go for online amd offline campus jobs

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. The companies visited in my course that is Bachelor of vocation in Retail and logistic management is Tata, Flipkart, Decathlon ,Amazon, TVS etc. The highest packages in my course is 400000 per annum and the lowest packages offered company 2.5 lakh per annum There are 40% of student get campus placed and other are placed in out campus. My my plan after getting the degree is to job in reputed company and with the job I do MBA also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bvoc (Bfsi) scope in the Banking line is very good. Sports and study are equally done with full spirit. Fest is also performed from time to time. The library is also available all books are available there. The classrooms are also too good.

Remarks:

I chose this college as BHU is the central university and it gives most of the better facilities in study area. BHU itself is a brand that makes a person to get attracted towards it.The thing i like the most about this college is the peaceful environment. And the reason of opting the course is that fashion designing(b.voc) is my interest and it is well understood topic for me so that i can build my better career.

I have applied in 5 college such as BHU AU DU BBAU and vishwa bharati Many for BA and BSc course through CUET UG, I got BHU and AU but at the end I have switched to BHU because of it is closer to my home and well known for me. I got seat in AU but same time BHU also, so I have to decide one. I put my seat for upgradation and then BVoc HTM. From 2022, there is only one entrance exam to take admission in all central state University in india. That is CUET common university entrance test conducted by NTA. Then each university start their admission counseling registration and further process of seat allotment and confirmation....Read More

Studying B.Sc. Statistics at BHU: An indepth Personal Review

Basically My college is just 170 KM from my home and the other college I applied for the same course was Delhi University which was like more than 800 KM from my home. BHU offers same course with total fees of 12000 rupee in 3 year while DU one year fees in 16000 rupee Hostel facility is very limited in DU compared to BHU and cost of living is higher in delhi compared to varanasi...Read More
