Likes

I liked the infrastructure of my college and the source of education is too good and the relation between professor and the student is so good we have a nice atmosphere in our college
I liked the sport i play here and they provide enough resources for our development
I can learn apart from the syllabus here and i can learn many life lessons in our college

Dislikes

They dont allow us to use phone in between class hours
They follow the strict dress code and make us to follow it
They dont allow us to have any hairstyle or beard

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen BSC computer science for my interest towards computers and technology. The curriculum help us to face the real world problems we rigorously pursuit our course and try to excel it. There is no need for an improvement because they are good the exams are not that difficult and the timing is good

Class Size: 900Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our college offers many internship opportunities and campus placements every student is provided with a project in the final year and they finish the project hand over to the faculties and the outcomes are too good .

Placement Experience

In our college students are eligible to attend campus placements is 6th semester many number of companies visited no of students placed in various companies they getting placement before finishing the 6th semester

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees per annum 60000 and i have applied for SC/ST scholarship my friends are paying 60000 the amount i receive from my SC/ST scholarship is 7750 my tuition fees is 30000 per semester i have paid 10000 at the time of admission

Campus Life

Every year annual fest and technical fest are conducted the range and accessibility of books are good in our library the facilities and technological provisions are good and sports and extracurricular activities are so good students are participating in many inter college competitions

Admission

I have applied for several colleges like presidency college,pachaiyappas college and also my college and i have got admission from my college yes i have been rejected from other colleges but i dont know the real reason behind it.

Faculty

All faculties in our college are well educated and well qualified and have many years of experience we have two internal exams and a model exam then a semester exam maximum number of the students cleared the previous semester my course curriculum is more relevant to my future job

Night Life

We dont have the hostel facility in our college. after the college hours we would travel around the campus sometimes we visit libraries and beach and also it is safe to roam around at night in the locality

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
