Course Curriculum Overview
I think that the subjects that are taught are mostly theoretical subjects that don't even come to use in real world scenarios but there're few subjects that are taught to us that is quite useful and applicable to real world scenarios. The frequency and timing of the exams are quite relevant in my experience
Internships Opportunities
As the university is new there're still many more companies to visit in our campus. It is said to have a take on very good companies like tcs, kpmg, Wipro, ibm etc. the university is preparing students to prepare minor as well as major projects all by themselves that I really like.
Placement Experience
After 6th semester the students are eligible for internships and after 8th semester the students are ready to sit for campus placements. TCS, Wipro etc have visited the campus. The highest package is known to be given 200000 per annum for mba student.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees that I paid is 135000 and the registration fees is 5000, and the other development and lab fee and other is approx 30000-40000. The overall fee that I paid for the year is ?175000. The other branches like BBA, LLM, LLB, MSC etc the fees structure is also the same for every branch. Scholarships is provided on the basis of cgpa that is if you've a cgpa of 9.5 or above the scholarship provided is ?30000 and if you have cgpa of 9 the scholarship provided is 20000 and so on till 8.5 cgpa
Campus Life
There're ngo, dance club, social media club etc. the annual fest that I know of as a BTech student is mosaic, and the technical fest is ignite. IILM provides few sports activities like badminton, table tennis and athletic activity. There's a scope of improvement because the space is very less and there are little to no equipments for practice or playing
Admission
I applied to bits Pilani but couldn't clear it because of the I couldn't clarify it because of the 12th passing percentage. I applied to IILM because of its greenry and because of its new emerging university and I gave an entry level test which was quite easy to medium difficulty. Overall experience of admission was quite smooth
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1:60 and the teachers or staff members are quite approachable. I really liked the dbms teacher MS. Heena Khera and digital electronics teacher MRS. Garima kulchetra. I don't like the sir that teaches aptitude. There're 6-8 exams per semester and I think it's quite relevant
Night Life
The night time for girls is till 10pm only. The girls are believed to stay in hostels and are not allowed to roam campus during night time or order foods online neither study in library during night. There's scholars cafe and chai garam cafe for hangout during the morning and evening
