Likes
- I like the ambience of the college even though the infrastructure is old
- The washrooms and toilets are clean and are kept clean throughout the whole day
- The college campus sits between big IT companies like Infosys, wipro, innovi,etc
Dislikes
- The campus is not as big as you'd expect
- The faculty is not well balanced, some are exceptional and some are not upto the mark
- There is no facility for the sports segment
Course Curriculum Overview
I believe the materials they provide and subjects they teach us will nurture us to a great extent and although some faculty members have questionable spoken skills, they do a fine job in lecturing us.
Internships Opportunities
Our batch is still unripened cause its been like 6 months since our course started, we've got 2 year 6 months more to go so i haven't gotten any opportunity neither do i have idea about that sector but the placements are pretry high.
Placement Experience
They provide placements upto 12LPA and it depends on the quality of the batch to be honest, the college exposure is good and big companies like infosys, wipro, kmpg, big basket come for visiting and make offers
Fees and Financial Aid
We pay 1.75 lakh per year for the BBA programme and 1.8 lakh for the hostel fees. So evidently the total fee amount for the whole BBA course is 5.25 lakh rupees only, and the hostel fees for the whole course amounts up to 5.40 lakh rupees, incase if u avail the hostel. You need to pay 25k for admission and registration
Campus Life
In colleges there are alot of sectors like study, social, sports, extracullicular. The college does a fine job at the education sector and has strong social impact but the rest are close to non existent. The sports sector is very lacking as there is no proper infrastructure for it
Hostel Facilities
Our batch is the first where they put us to Uniworld Coliving stanza, since there were no rooms left to avail in the main hostel, the living standards are good enough and u get proper facilities, the food quality is decent for me, personally I came from northeast and our cuisine is far different than what they serve there and maybe thats why the food doesnt suit my pallete. Uniworld is located at Karnataka, bangalore, ecity1, neeladri road.
Admission
To be completely honest about it, I had no other choice, this was the only available step for me and as to why i came into such situation, its personal and i would not like to share it to strangers online.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is not proper, the professors sometimes have to take classes of 2 batches in a single lecture room. The faculty members are easy to get along with aslong as u dont get to their bad side. Personally, teachers who step up for their students inspire me the most, similarly there is one faculy member from the institution who guided me the most is Dr Gitanjali, I'm from a science background so i had no idea about commerce in general but she made sure to stick to the basics while narrating the classes There are 3 exams in a semester ( CIE1, CIE2, SEE ) The level of the exams is moderate and i think the difficulty is subjective, because if u study, you'd find the paper easy
Night Life
I have no idea about what happens around the college, but there are a few favourite spots of mine near the college where i like to spend my dear time, there's the samosa shop where they sell ACTUAL samosas
