Feasible easily afford middle class families for every course there is a difference in fees structure but not so expensive it can easily manage in the present era Bcoz very high colleges have very high feeses that every does not afford.

I dont know about this because i have not taken any loan or scholarship but students that are sc st obc caste students get scholarship that is transferred in their bank account so there is easy for them

Yes in my college there is a separate boys and girls hostels are provided in the college campus and mess also provided them for food in a proper manner conveyance also provided for going somewhere it safe for every student
