Remarks
If you just want to perform/record songs then it's a wonderful place. If you want to learn it's horrible. The only time it's worth it is when you think you've learnt enough and the only thing you want to do is have loads of certificate under your belt.
Course Curriculum Overview
There's no curriculum. Teaching is sporadic, no standards are followed. Exams are irrelevant and They're not returned ever. Teachers are told not to fail anybody I Don't think this is fair for the students who study.
Placement Experience
Yes they might provide internship I've not completed my course yet. No one has from my year. A few senior students have been placed through contacts but most of the students don't complete their courses.
College Events
Alot of events happen. With around 5 fests within a year. But they're all done on a small scale. Students are least interested in attending the fest and are bribed with the promise of attendances in return.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's feasible but for the quality of education you get. It's not worth it. You almost have to pay ?10000-12000 per month and then too you get retarded education. Hostel sucks and fees is quite high there too.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan is available. People can take loans for studying there. I haven't. And Don't know much about that. But councillors there will help you to raise education load through a bank to pay for your studies.
Campus Life
There's no ground to breathe. The only small green area will also soon be used to build a building for college. Smelly studios are present with basic home studio setup which can be used temporarily but not to create high quality output. And it mostly stays busy due to supply-demand.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. Seniors are fine. But there's no such alumni network. Once you're done with the degree you're done with the college. The only relations remain are the ones with your friends and close teachers. No formal step is taken in this direction to ensure that everyone benefits from alumni network.
Admission
I was surfing internet for colleges that Teach music. I stumbled on to this college's website. I contacted them and payed a campus visit. Then the process of admission begun. First registration then submitting of all documents and fees.
Faculty
Faculty is fine. The dean is quite knowledgeable and a few other teachers but They face alot of stress from administration and management and hence are unable to deliver their best. Teachers are more involved in events, managing attendance, making videos rather than doing what they're paid to do, teach.
