Curriculum is vtu curriculum as we all know vtu colleges should follow the vtu syllabus which sometimes you feel like not required Like you will be having biology for 2nd year which is not much required for engineering students

Internship here is for 3rd or 4th year Though i guess there are few or maybe less opportunities for internships as students here are not trained much for other co - curriculars except studie Though for projects college provides a teacher as a guide

Placements are not much good It was good before covid-19 but now it has been reduced In computer science out of 200 only 13 got placed this year Though if you get placed the companies will be mass recruiter mostly

I'm currently paying 1.4 lakh fees per year N extra 20 thousand as tuition fees Though sometimes yearly fees may increase by 2 or 3 thousand But if you are coming here by payment quota then you get to pay almost around 4-5 lakhs per year

You can expect the least campus life as there will be only one college fest per year And no fun or fests for rest of the year Though there will be some hackathons and competition Sports here is good. We have got many prizes in sports There are few clubs in the college So not much good college life

Hostel is not at all worth for the fees i pay here I pay almost 67-70 thousand per year And food is worst over here doesn't taste good at all Rest all facilities are okish here So i would say this is not at all affordable But about safety it's good here!!

I opted this college by kcet according to my rank this college was okay but i chose this college this over due to distance from my home town You can get admission here through either kcet or comedk cutoff for cse is around 20 or 25 thousand Most of the students opt kcet

Few Faculties are very good like they are friendly and supportive but at the same time there are few who are so egoistic And about exams there wil be 2 internals and they take the average of those 2 and consider it for 25 in CIE marks Questions will be easy if you are prepared enough

Nightlife too is not that good inside the college Even around college it's bit low as this is shimoga so you cannot expect much of nightlife There is gym inside the campus but only few students utilise it Canteen too is present here and food good for its worth Library is also present inside the college and it kinda good have good vibe over there to study Hostel in timings for girls is 7pm For boys there is no such restrictions
