Course Curriculum Overview
There are total 161 credits in this curriculum ,there may be different for other courses but mine is CSE core .This credits are divided into soo many sectors as foundation core, discipline core, discipline elective, etc .
Internships Opportunities
There are different companies offers internships we will get many mails like 50k stipend and 25k stipend etc.When we are in the 6th semester this mails comes to us means to our vit mail which they had provided to us .
Placement Experience
From 6th semester the placement training will start for the students and they can attend the placements after that training means in 7 th semester.The placements are also good in the campus.last year the highest pakage is nearly 80,00,000..
Fees and Financial Aid
My Tution fees is 4,90,000.Iam category 5,there are 5 categories in the fee structure,by the results of viteee they had divided into categories,and the hostel fees is depend on the room which they are selecting.
Campus Life
There are main cultural fest that happens on February is Rivera it will be for 4 days .Many artists will come for that event .and there are library for the students which there will be all types of books available.There are also different clubs which students can join and show there talent.
Hostel Facilities
There is 24 hours wifi and hot water etc.There will be night canteen for students from 10.30 to 12.30 .The meals are also good there are different caterers with different types of messes.Total registration is only in online .I stayed in hostel only I don't know about the pg.
Admission
I had applied for SRM and this VIT and I had written mains also but this vit has a main reputation and there is good recent actions and placements etc.So I had chosen this college .the main reason for this vellore campus is because it is the main campus in that three.So I had choosen this campus.
Faculty
The faculty is very friendly with students.They clears the students doubts .My favourite faculty is hitheshwar kumar Azad sir for operating systems, because when I got less marks in cat he called me to his cabin and he explained me clearly as a friend and he passed me in that subject.There are totally 3 exams for students are cat 1,cat 2 and final sem
Interview Experience
Right now I am in the 6th semester,so I didn't prepare for that but now for us there is on going training is started for us in that we will get to know full in detail about the interview round and the other
Night Life
There is out door and in door gym also available in the boys hostel.The main gate outings will close at 7pm .The hostel gate will close at 9 pm .There are many hangout places in campus like outdoor stadium,woodys ,foodys ,near sjt etc.
