Course Curriculum Overview

I m studdying in Aotomation and Robotics Enginnering . so basically the reason behind the coosing this course is i did not want to go in complete IT sector . So i have coosen this course . timings of exams are also good

Internships Opportunities

There are so many companies which come in our cllage and provides internships to students with stipend. the projects are also good. there are so many projects which earned ranks in different technical festivals

Placement Experience

The capus placement is also good for freshers . our collage provides internships to students with high stiphend. there are so many companies which already visited to give job oppurtunities for students

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees that i have paid are 58000 and our tution fees are 10000, development fees are 6000 these fees will same for all the catagory students . there are scholerships also available for students

Campus Life

There are different Thechnical festivals are being organized by collage. also national level technical festivals are organized . some of them is are Technocrat , Ornet etc. also not technical events are organised

Admission

Sharad Institute of Technology , Polytechnic Kolhapur is the best collage as compare to other collages . in this collage fees are comparitively less . i liked the fee structure of this collage so i have coosen this

Faculty

there are almost 100+ faculties in our collage for teaching . The relationship between faculty and student is also very nice . Some faculties are friendly with students but some are very strtict in nature

Night Life

Gymkhana open at 4pm and coses at 7pm for students who are intrested. hostel fees are arount 21000 per year . hostel rooms are also well cleaned . there are no any famous places around the collage . locally safe

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
