Course Curriculum Overview
Biotechnology as chemicals and labs have enticed me ever since i first entered a chemical lab during my school days. So for IILM tue course is well curated and has made it a point that our course is useful for the industry. From beverage industries to pharma industries wherever a biotechnology student can contribute we have that in our course.
Placement Experience
22 lakhs is the highest package from our campus and 7 lakhs is average. For our course beverage, food or the FMCG sector companies like ITC, P&G, Dabur and others provides jobs to us. So, placements are no.less than being called wonderful. IILM every college be it Greater Noida or Gurgaon branch all have placements of highest order.
Fees and Financial Aid
IILM Greater Noida is a next level university located in Knowledge Park Greater Noida. The fees for Biotechnology engineering is 1,84,000 and its same for almost all branches except Robitics as for that it is 200000. Scholarships are plenty but not just on caste system but merit and EWS are also applicable.
Campus Life
Our campus aint that big but 26 acres is not less either. 6 hostels our of which 4 are boys and two are allotted for girls. Ever since, strength has increased two boys hostels have been built off campus too. In our campus we have best quality basketball and badminton courts. We also have stretched outfield where football and cricket can be played simultaneously. We have an annual fest called Mossiac as it is like a music that pierce through our skins.
Hostel Facilities
There are single and three seater rooms for girls as there is no in-between. The fees for my room is 168k as i have taken a single room. The advantage of single room is that it has washroom attached as otherwise it is shared or common. Mess is mighty big as hostel strength combined is over 1000.
Admission
Entrance is there or even other entrances score is also considered. Scholarships for students above 90% marks in HSC is there and i got admission that way as my entrance score were less but my HSC marks were as good as anything. Students mostly have got admissions through entrance score though as that is also mandatory.
Faculty
Leena Rastogi is my longtime favorite as i am on the verge of ending my second year and her support day one has been so wonderful that i can even call her my friend. For outsiders, being comfortable is the most important thing and that is what our facluties have done, made us feel home. So, for me, ojr faculties wisdom and knowledge bank is secondary as their human behaviour is something that won me at first place.
Night Life
Knowledge Metro station is very nearby and while walking from campus to metro station, we have a ma.in between and an arcade that has manh arcade games like Bowling and Air Hockey. Food outlets are also of almost every known brands be it Costa Coffee or McDonalds.
