A nice beginning to an adventure

Course curriculum in our college is quite relevant for industry level training because we have subjects like DSA in our very first year and subjects like PROJECT BASED LEARNING giving student more of a practical knowledge and making then industry ready.

From 5th semester students become eligible for placements . companies like infosys,tcs,accenture etc come for placement. highest package from BCA is of 33 LPA and average package is of 5-6 LPA. almost 70% get placed (rough figure). i will go for a tech job after this as a data analyst or software engineer .

year wise i pay around 120000 rupees. tution fee is about 89 thousand(i got scholarship of 30000 rupees into this)...registration fee is 1500 rupees. admission fee is 5000 rupees...library fee is 5000 rupees. exam fee is 7000 rupees and enrollment fee is 3000 rupees. my batchmates got more or less scholarship then me . so it depends on how much many percent you scored in 12th class. scholarships are upto 100% based on individuals CUET score. so it depends accordingly.

Grafest and graphic tech hacathon are some annual and technical fests they are held around may or november, You can have access to any book and regarding books related to course are meant to be submitted at the end of semester. There are smart boards, smart display , proper ventilation , fans and AC , There are proper teams for every kind of sports and for extra curricular there are activities like drawing , painting , squid game etc. Student running social groups while managing studies side by side seems hectic but will be a great experience to learn leadership and management .

I applied for DU via CUET but because of my sudden change in intrest in tech (coming from PCB). i have no option left but to choose BCA and from some private university and because i already belong to DEHRADUN, i went for this college(this is quite nice too). Admission process includes first of all registration then admission from the college. eligibility for my course is 60% in 12th standard and the scholarship chart depends on the amount of percent you got in 12th. you can also get 100% scholarship from your CUET marks.

One teacher for hundred students , teachers are quite friendly and approachable. Some of the experienced teachers like Aswal sir , i believe he is the best faculty having more than 25+ years of experience in the same field. i did not liked few faculties because they just lack experience in that particular subject making it more of a hassle to trust the faculty. Mainly there are two exams MID TERM and END TERM exams..they are not very difficult but it really depends on the subject . Course curriculum is quite relevant for industry level training.

Gyms , cafeterias , library are in huge number around campus making it accessable and affordable . Hostels are inside the campus so you are mandate to be inside around 8 pm. There are very famous eatery like gupta burger several sawarma places around ..and the locality is quite safe to roam around.
