- The Faculty are very helpful and supportive but sometimes they are very strict.
- The punctuality of Timings at the Entry gate and there is punishment in case of Bunks at lecture timings.
- There is a very strict rules for Uniforms.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Electronics & Communication Engineering at IIMT because of my keen interest in circuit theory.I feel relieved by my decision to opt for ECE as it is accredited to NBA.The teaching and learning experience at IIMT is good.
Internships Opportunities
At IIMT there are internship opportunities provided for better students.Basically the internship is provided after the 5th and 6th semester.Those internships are very helpful in further career development.
Placement Experience
At IIMT there is a good placement ratio and many popular companies like True Chip, Panasonic, VVDN visit in IIMT.There is a 70% to 80% placement ratio.The average Package at IIMT is above 3.5 lakhs per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
IIMT College of Engineering charges 120000 per annum for B.tech in ECE.As compared to other colleges the fee is affordable and it has remained the same for past 2 years.Considering the infrastructure and placement support,it's a value for money option.
Campus Life
The life at IIMT campus is full of energy and opportunities.As I am part of the NCC I must say this that it's been an amazing experience for personality development.There are also active NSS,sports,been an amazing experience for personality development.
Admission
I chose IIMT college over other colleges like ITS and NIET because of its better reputation and discipline.At IIMT the admission is done through a small entrance exam.I feel happy with my choice as campus is lively and faculty is supportive.
Faculty
The Faculty members at IIMT are really supportive.Faculty like Dinesh Kumar Yadav Sir and Pankaj Jha Sir makes complex topics easy to understand.I found them always ready to help students outside the class too.
Night Life
Iimt has a good vibe and facilities at the Campus.There is a library with good collection of books with many different authors for different subjects.There is a gym also for boys and girls perfectly suited for fitness freaks.There is a cafeteria and a central canteen with delicious food.
