Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculm is completely field-relevant ans useful for the students to get prepared for real world applications. Most of the exams conducted in the college are generally moderate for the students
Internships Opportunities
The college provides a lot of internship opportunities and trainings.They also provide great insights about job opportunities based on current trends and some companies that have visited the college for placements are Capgemini,Google etc.
Placement Experience
The placements in the college are completely dependent on the employment opportunities available for the students based on current trends yet, the college has contributed immensely in the placement training and opportunities. Students are eligible for placements during their fourth year of the course. Some companies that have placed various students of the college are Google Developers,Amazon Services, Samsung etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees that was paid under KCET exam category is 1.3 lakh per year and the lab fees for the year was 15k for KCET students. The tuition fee for other categories including COMEDK was 2.8 lakh and the lab fee for the same category was 27k. The management fee for the college was 4.5 lakh per year.
Campus Life
The college generally has 2 fests per year, the first fest being all about science,tech and fun and the second fest involving a lot of fun,music and extracurriculars ensuring that the students have a wholesome campus life experience. The college gives a lot of importance to sports and really encourages the students to balance their passion alongside their studies and extracurriculars.
Admission
I chose this college over other colleges around me as it was nearer to my house compared to the other colleges. I chose this college considering that as the main reason. The admission process in the college involved presenting the marks of the competitive exams written by students and the required documents that came along with it including the hall ticket, rank sheet and the admission letter.All the details regarding the admission was clearly communicated making it easier for students and parents to understand the curriculm and the working of the college.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio in the college is around 20-25 stufents per faculty.There is a healthy relationship between most of the teachers and students and the teachers rally look out for students having doubts and ensure that the students are clear about the concepts.
Night Life
The gym and cafeteria in the college are accessible for all students and a lot of food spots near the college help the students make their college life memorable. The campus timings are from 8.30 am to 4.00pm
