curriculum covers basics well, with AI/ML focus that drew me in. needs more real-world hands-on projects. exams are twice a sem . moderate in difficulty. industry-relevant updates are needed in teaching.

Internships Opportunities

CMRTC offers internships mainly in CSE/IT . companies like TCS iON, Internshala partners and startups offer roles like web dev , ml intern, data analyst . stipends vary from 2000 to 10000. tasks include mini projects , and reports.

Placement Experience

placements start in 7th sem . companies like TCS , WIPRO , CAPGEMINI , ACCENTURE visit, average package is 5.5 LPA, highest is 45 LPA . 70 % placed in CSE/IT . I plan to pursue a masters in data science abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

paid 1,00,000 per year (bc-b convener) , got 30,000 scholarshi. paid 20,000 JNTU fee in 1st year , 10,000 later . others pay 1.2 - 2 lakhs (management / sc / st vary ). fees rising yearly . extra 2,200 per semester for exam fee.

Campus Life

campus life is vibrant . " esperanza" (cultural) & "techstrom" (technical) held yearly . library is good . smart classes , labs , sports andclubs like coding & dance keep life active and balanced and peacefull.

Admission

chose CMRTC via TS ECET (BC-B) . missed JNTU due to cutoff gap. CMRTC had good cse dept, placements , and campus . admission was smooth via counseling, TS ECET is the main entry exam , cutoff should be less than 3000.

Faculty

faculty are helpful , especially in CSE/AI-ML. ratio of faculty to the students is 1:20 . exams follow JNTUH pattern, 2 mids and 1 end exam . most oass, but few fail due to internals . curriculum is good but some subjects need updating.

Night Life

campus quiet at night . library , cafetaria close by 6 pm . hostel in time is 8:30 pm .locality is safe . students hang out at canteen , tea stalls , d-mart , and kompally. few chill at nearby cafes post classes.

Our college placements are going well. Few students are placed in placement drive which was held in our college. There is a separate team for the placement training to teach technical skills which helps in the process of interview selection.average package is 2lpa and high package is 6.5 lpa in our college.

Mid tier collage = mid tier student life

Placement Experience:

I think after 6th semester students are aligible for campus selections. There were limited companies like wipro , accenture , delloite , etc highest placement was of 1600000 per annum and average is 400000 per annum . Collage claims 95% placements but in my point of veiw it would be 60%. My plans after completing my graduation is to settle with my family in a more peacefull country

3 Rd year 2 nd semester students are eligible for placement and the employability percentage is 65. The companies which are Tech Mahindra,HMT MTE limited companies and etc.. are tied up with our college. Our highest package is 15 lpa. there's is 60 percentage of students are placed in companies. I am having some planning to get job in core department.
