From Classrooms to Careers: Life at CMR Technical Campus

I applied to CMR CET,IT and TC campuses. I got into this college through the EAMCET Councelling. The eligibilty exam is EAMCET examination and this course is the most preferred by the students because it has a very large scope in the future. By seeing the current trends in the technological field this course helps students strive and succeed.

We have a very good scope in the future in this field and wide range of aspects has inspired a lot to choose this course and it gave me real time application to develop my skills and concentrate on my academics in future

Students get internships from many companies. Companies like Amazon, Capgemini offer internships to students. The stipend offered might vary depending on the roles. The studentes have their major and minor real time projects which can be added to their resume also.

The placements are good at our campus. The average package is Rs.5,50,00/-. The highest package is Rs.58 LPA the students become eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. Many MNC's offer placements at our campus; companies like Amazon , Accenture, Capgemini Palatto offer placements. My plans after getting a degree is to be placed at a good company.

I joined CMR Technical Campus through the TS EAMCET couseling under the Covener quota. The tuition fee per year is Rs.1,15,000 which remains consistent throughout the four years. There is also a one time caution deposit of Rs.5000/- in the first year, which refundable at the end of the course. Additional charges include Rs.2000/- for registration, Rs.3000/- for lab fees, and Rs.5000/- for development fees per year.

I personally enjoy my campus life. We have annual day every year in the month of April , and a TechnoCarnival conducted every year and also PEGASUS a cultural event which is conducted in Feb. Our college library has a vast collection of books and we also have access to many online courses. We have projectors (smart classrooms) in our classrooms. We have many state and national players in our college. I have participated in All India Inter-University Championship held at Amritsar, Punjab this academic year. We have many clubs related to different fields, cultural, technical, social-service. We also have NSS unit which involves in all kind of social activities in and ourside the campus. We also have NCC unit. I am an NSS volunteer and I enjoy being a part of NSS. We get to learn many things from being part of clubs we can socialize with people it might juniors or our batchmates from other departments and also we can improve our skills.

The faculty-to-student ratio at CMR Technical Campus is quite balanced, with most classes classes having around 60 students per faculty. The professors are approachable and supportive, especially during lab sessions and project guidance.

We have a very good Sports Complex at our campus which includes an indoor complex which has many indoor courts for various games. We also have a gym in the sports complex. The cafeteria has a wide menu and it is student budget friendly yet serves delicious food . The library is also accessible for students after the college hours.
