Maharana pratap engineering college is one of the best college of the kanpur. It provides the best quality education and placement. Over 590+ students where placed in 2018-19. Many events such as job fair are conducted by the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are total 8 semesters in b.tech. Every year consists of 2 semesters. Per semester 3 internal exams are conducted by the college.2 mid sems and 1 PUT(Pre University Test). These internal exmas help in getting the internal marks.
Placement Experience
Our college provide inhouse training from 3rd year onwards.All the students are given placement trainings in the college itself.These training helps in building up a base for the various campus drives.
College Events
Many events are celebrated in our college as:- 1-fresher's party 2-Janmasthmi puja 3-farewell 4-vishwakarma puja 5-ecuentro And many more events are conducted in the college.Many matches like MPL are conducted.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is some how feasible than other colleges. Here we can pay our fees semster wise. The college fees for B.tech students is 1,02,950. The hostel fees is 65,000. The students who get the admission from the AKTU exam, they get some relaxation over the fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is provided by the UP GOVT. 70% of students get the scholarship every year. The college also helps in getting the scholarship. The maximum scholarship is about 93,000. At average everyone get upto 50,000.
Campus Life
The labs are very functional and all the equipments in the lab are in best working condition. The computer lab consists of about 200 systems and all are in the best working condition with the internet connection.
Alumni/Alumna
All the senior students are very much helpful. They help in learning the things much efficiently and they provide us with several study materials. They treat us like an younger brother and do all the possible helps.
Admission
I gave AKTU exam and from the merit list and counseling i got admitted to this college. The college is best for B.Pharma and B.tech.The placement is almost 80% - 90% .For direct admission you need to visit college and need to complete the admission process.
Faculty
Faculty of our college are very supportive.They are very much focused on each and every single student.They provide their best study materials and the onr most important thing, the teachers try to teach practically.
