Remarks
Positive part is that it provides high end ammenities and facilities. Some faculties are way too good. And the negative part is that as it is a professional course, its way too strict and so some may opt out of the college because this college is strict regarding rules and regulations.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is moderate. Practicals are more important. There are many exams in between. Important ones are the mid-term and final exam. In between there are many internals and vivas and also practical examination.
Placement Experience
Placements and internship depends on the student's performance. Yes, college provide internship, but it depends on the student whether they pass the interview of the hotel. Overal experience is good. A bit tough though. Stipend varies from hotel to hotel. Between 1 k - 3 k
College Events
Celebracio goa , kumbha , restroware exhibition about the various cutlery crockery and equipments used. There are many events which are conducted. All the students take part in the events. The T.Ys assist the F.Ys and S.Ys
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's a bit expensive compared to other colleges. Its about 160000. Other colleges fees is lesser than this. But with respect to the ammenities and training provided and the other services of the college, the fees is okay. Depends on person to person
Fees and Financial Aid
There is nothing as such. But the college grants some more time to students who are a bit financially unstable. As far as scholarship is concerned, there is nothing as such yet. And neither have i heard about any loan facilities.
Campus Life
Yes. That's a bit interesting. Every year sports competition is conducted. Indoor sports like carrom, chess and outdoor ones like football and cricket. Even many activities also take place . Especially social ones like cleaning of garbage from beaches.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes , they are helpful upto an extent. It depends on person to person. Some are busy hardworking in their own life so they dont get time. Whereas some keep aside some time to help the juniors. It also depends on what kind of help is needed.
Admission
Personal interview, Group discussion, A small aptitude test and General knowledge round.On the same day there is a college show around. If selected fill the college form , submit 10th and 12th result and pay fees.
Faculty
Some are good with respect to knowledge. They have indepth knowledge and experience. While some best around the bush. Very few though. On an average the college has well trained and experienced faculty.
