Decent college with not so decent fees

As a student who understands what purpose serves the course and how it will be beneficial for upcoming courses the courses are relevant.For computer science students maths required to build logic is very well taught in first year . Course like BE lab for cse students I don't think serves purpose and Phy ud lab in the second sem also is a waste of time in this era .they can improve on how do they teach coding courses rather on a computer than at blackboard

I took admission in 2024 with a starting fee of around 6 lac which will increase at 10 % every year so the total fee for i will pay for my undergraduate degree will be 27 - 28 lac including every other charges like hostel, mess, maintenance ,security etc.All students pay the same fee regardless of their category and there is no reservation criteria in the college ,all are treated as general candidates . There are two types of scholarships- merit based and the other income based . Merit based scholarships: For gpa >=9 to 9.25 a scholarship of 25000 will be given from 9.5 even greater scholarship would be given i dont know the exact amountas brochure for year 2025 hasn't come yet .

Basically we have three councils -Tech ,Cultural and sports council which organise their respective fests . For the first year students they will attend a three week induction program in the first month with freshers in the 2nd month followed by gusto and cub introduction.there are around 40 clubs ranging from sports to tech which are open to every first year student except 2-3 clubs of the tech council . Three 3 days fests are organised by student council in Jan and Feb . Our library has every sort of books feom course repated to novels fiction literature etc

I filled every other counselling like jossaa jac delhi ip university bitsat ,csab .I wanted to pursue CSE and not any other branch .I was getting branches like electrical branche in nsut and dtu . I got cse in Mait and usict but i chose lnmiit as it had admission at higher percentile compared to mait and usict .Choosing this was based on the fellow students which will provide a good environment

Faculty to student ratio is good but i dont have the the exact number .Faculties are quite approachaif you do it in respectable and polite member you can talk to the faculties at canteen also .From my first year i like laksham sir who is lab assistant at CMLBDA lab of the college Nitesh pradhan was also good and jolly . I didn't liked Shailza Gotra frim the electronics Department.She was a little strict for the first year .for the first sem students there are 6. courses and it is not easy to score 8 gpa by studying one night before the exams .

No seperate test for admission was taken .Only JEE mains score was the main criteria . Students was only asked to show their mains percentile along with class 10th and 12th percentage .Any kind of group discussion or personal interviews was taken by any faculty or any other official was taken .

Cafeteria has amul parlour nescafe ,ccd , daily needs .Night delivery til 2 am is also available in the campus from these shops . The college has a seperate laundry services for students in the campus itself . There is a restaurant also named kravers kitchen which is open till 10 and serves decent food incase you don't want to eat in mess serves the purpose .Hostel intime for starting 2 months will be 9:45 which will be extended till 10:45 later on . Open library,central plaza pmc are good place to hangout
