VIT from UTSAV's eyes

my brother choose EEE and he is doing well in is life that's why i chose this course the curriculum is perfect first there are pre requistic subjects then the final subjects i dont think there is a need of improvement in course curriculum cat 1 is very easy and timing is after 1 month of starting of semester for cat2 no one studies as it is open book exam and then fail in finals due to syllbus pressure

after 3rd year students starts getting job many companies visit vit like google amazon tcs wipro and offers more than 5000 jobs highest pakage is 1.20 cr while average pakage is 9.90 lpa 70% of students gets placed i will do normal 9-5 job in any company

Tution fees - 167300 per year Hostel fees - 173000 per year caution fee - 15000 one time payment hostel fee depend on type of hostel you choose above fees is for 4 bed delux ac for cse tution fee is 191000

there are many fest which occur during a year in which major ones are gravitas and riviera where gravitas is techncal fest and riviera is normal fesst i which celebs comes there are over 250000 printed books in library and we have access to e-books also like ipl there is vit premier league for all the sports all the classroom is equiped with projectors there are alot of teams clubs chapters in vit

hostels are very good we have 1 bed 1 book hself and 1 lamp in our room for each person mess food is not good and tasty a lot of food poisioning case keeps comming there is a window on vit official website vtop there one can choose hostel and do the payment

i applied for nit AP IIIT bhagalpur as i was getting these two college but they where lower college with low average pakage that's why i chose vit vellore i got rejected in interview round of ugee because of some technical question asked in interview a perso has to give VITEEE enterance exam to get in vit universsity and he/she should have minimum 60% in 12 board most os the student choose computer science cutoff for cse in category 1 is 1500-2500 rank

the faculty to student ratio in vit is almost 1:20 and the faculty are very good and helpful sumati s my chemistry teacher she is superb at teaching chemistry and himadri lala for electrromagnetic theory anjneyayulu gsgn my differential teacher i dont like him because he comes in class and write everthing on board and go there are 3 exams in vit 1st one is cat1 in which first two modules are asked 2nd one is cat2 which is open book exam and finally FAT this iss final exam most of the students pass in internal exam but fails in FAT

there is no nightlife in vit we have to be inside hostel before 9am there are 3 gyms in mens hostel 4-5 cafeteria and 2-3 public area for sitting campus in timing is 7 am and hostel in timing is 9am insside there is kc and fc also nescafe and foodys outside there is house of pool ,turf and many restaurants
