Reality Of SSIT Campus

The curriculum is pretty good because in first year we get to gain knowledge about every branch of engineering which helps us in daily basis or it gives us knowledge about things which we use on daily basis Our couse have AI which is booming in this decade, PPS in which we learn C language and others In our curriculum we should include more practical analysis of the core subjects

L&T, BHEL, INDIAN OIL, ONGC, INDO GERMAN, etc companies come to our collage for internships and placement and the maximum stipend given to students are 15000 per month and maximum package given to a student is 12 lakh but the interships opportunity given to students are very very less and rare

From the 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements Almost 5 companies visit our collage per year and the max offer given to someone was 1200000 per year The placement are given to very less no of students with an average package of 3.5 lakh per year I plan to have off campus placement after degree

My college have a fees of 67000 yearly and it is paid semester wise (33500 Rs per semester), My college takes 5000 ruppees extra before admission for all the facilities like joining club, icard, sports and others There are no scholarship given in our college and SC, ST category students have almost the same fees like others

The sports week is held in January for a healthy mentality of students The cultural event are there in February Our collage also motivates students to take part in Hackathons and other clubs like google development groups In our collage every classroom have smart boards and a very high number of benches The library have a large variety of books starting from literature books to technical books all of them

I haven't opted for LDRP collage because of very high fees structure I have opted for this collage because of less fees, good environment and great teachers To get admission in ssit college you should atleast score 70 percent for general category with an average marks in gujcet You can get admission through acpc as well as directly if you get a good score in boards

There are very less faculties but all of them are upto the mark.Some of the faculty which I liked are Jayshree mam and nishit sir which are always there to help students, they also share their life experience and give us good teachings When The exams are near the test are taken on a weekly basis and our college have only one exam (mid sem) The mid sem exam are moderate or something more than moderate but almost all the students manage to pass through it As our college comes under GTU so the curriculum is decided by gtu

Since the collage is just on the road we get a good environment around the collage Near our college there are dmarts and sports shops like decathlon etc Around our college there are hundereds of restaurant and restings spots The night life around our collage is pretty safe because of close police station and since its near river front there are always tons of people all the time
