Remarks
My college is good enough in most aspects. I can't find much negativity about it. The study environment and the faculty are too good and healthy competition adds more incentive to our performance. Negative thing is canteen is not good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is good but not very updated. There are 8 semesters which are uniformly distributed in terms of syllabus but the content is very old fashioned and not much suitable to today's standards.
Placement Experience
The placements & job opportunities are not at a high scale but if we are good enough we can Excel here as well. The college provides internship but not stipend. Overall it was a good experience but could have been better.
College Events
Events are celebrated such as the cultural fest which is called as Tarangini & the technical fest which is known as technotsava. These both fests are organized over a 3 day period and provides many opportunities to students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible enough for all students. For poor students there is a provision which ensures they have to pay a lot lesser than the regular student fees. Besides this students can avail scholarships.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a scheme called Sumedha . It offers scholarships to girls and students according to their academic performance as well as economical conditions to facilitate their studies. Students can avail it at the beginning of each semester.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are organized regularly in the college. This has led to many all rounders in our college who can represent themselves in various fields. The labs and practicals are good. Sports are also facilitated well.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is wide enough and provide a lot of good and bad experiences regarding the college which helps us in learning lot of new stuff. Senior students are also very friendly. They take some time to gel well but soon before friendly.
Admission
Cleared the JEE Mains Entrance exam & got admission through the merit list of my college, the name of the process being REAP, I got admission through outside Rajasthan quota in the electronics & communication branch.
Faculty
Faculty is good , helpful & experienced. All subjects have minimum four to six specialist teachers which makes the job easy as a student. Doubts are also being cleared at a regular basis which ensures smooth Pattern of studies.
