Course Curriculum Overview
I want experience the real life industry as well exposure of larger industry in the market instead of niche market. Their are some teachers i think who should be replaced because they have the supportive degrees but dosn't know their work.
Internships Opportunities
I have offered the summer internship in the pharmaceutical company which pshyhocare Pvt. ltd. with stipend of ruppes 8000 but i got the better opportunity outside the capus so i did'nt joined the role which is offered by the campus.
Placement Experience
Placements record is very bad ,Maximum students do MBA or any other course for the placments. But here 25-30% students who are willing to get placed are still left for the placements and maximum roles offered here is not matched the candidate requirements or profile. Average placements is lower then expected it is around 5-6 LPA . And the highest package is around 12.5 LPA .
Fees and Financial Aid
6-7 Lakhs Approximately , they incresed the fees Year by Year Tution fees is 250000 and Hostels including Mess fees is 73500 the fees is same for everyone but they give scholarships to the students who have scored good in CAT exam or in their own TMAT exam .
Campus Life
Overall campus Experience is very good , there are so many events organised by the respective Committes and clubs which is successful .Library is the most highlighted part of the campus it is very beautiful and the environment is perfect for the study, every books and journal which are necessary. Sports and extra curricular activities is also up to the mark.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels Rooms are very neat and clean , rooms are great with AC or without ACs. Mess Food is also good , but there is very less options available in the college cafeteria . Hostel is bit expensive ,If you want to opt in for the hostel you have to do that earliest because there is a first come first serve policy according to the availability of rooms.
Admission
I chose this college because of its university which is great university for the engineering course that is TIET patiala,Thapar institute of engineering and technology. Also i listen from the alumnis that the college is good for MBA.
Faculty
The Faculty to student ratio is 1:10.Faculty is very friendly they know exactly thier role and they very well experinced and experts in their fields. The faculty of Finance Dr. Sonia Garg who is also Head of the LMTSM is a great Professor and faculty in Markting Dr. Arunesh Garg is perfect teacher for marketing they teach students like their own childrens.
Interview Experience
yes there is one interview round and one aptitude test scheduled which is TMAT. It will experience the placements process like the placement process happens. If you appeared for any of the entrance exam the TMAT test is much more easier than that.
Night Life
There is no such Nightlife in or around the campus the college gates are closed after 8 P.M. and the last time to enter in a hostel is 10 P.M. Because the college is situated far from city so there is no such things to enjoy near campus premises.
