Course Curriculum Overview

5

B pharm courses come under the PCI regulations which are strictly followed with the minimum of 80 percent attendance in all subjects to appear for exams and more. The course is comparatively tough so the whole schedule remains busy throughout.

Internships Opportunities

4

There are several internship fair occuring every year with the working placement and internship cell of all the departments. The faculties are also very friendly as I mentioned before, if you work hard here your work will be appreciated by everyone.

Placement Experience

4

The exposure is above average here, and companies also do visit for internship fair and placement programs. But, the important aspect is how hard you work here and how well you score. If you fulfill the above parameters then according to what I have heard placement takes places

Fees and Financial Aid

For the first year it's around 210,000 including both semester excluding 20000 security money and for the second year 230000 similarly it will cost around 9,70000 for the whole course (all four year) for B pharm.

Campus Life

5

Campus life is very much fun, with alot of exposure. There are several food outlets starting at affordable prices and more. The library is the best part of campus with a wide range of books for all the courses and peaceful environment for concentration.

Admission

After my neet exams I had very few options left among which I found this college as a better option. With an one to one interview and other documents verification they select students. If you have scored less marks in 12th boarda then you will have to pay additional fees.

Faculty

5

The faculties are highly qualified and interactive. There are several workshops occuring throughout the year also, the faculties are very friendly and very approachable. Good students are valued by them. 15 marks for the class test and 10 marks for student teacher interaction and attendance comprises the internal marks for the semester exams. We have total 75 marks for the final semester exams

Interview Experience

5

During the interview, basic questions of class 12th was asked thoroughly by a panel of interviewers. They basically look for how much you can confidently answer with accuracy and your dedication towards the field.

Night Life

4

There is a gym, swimming pool and many cafeterias to hangout. For the hostel living students the night life quite depends upon the timing of the last entry into the hostel room which is maintained under the warden and the hostel incharge. Nearby the campus we have several hanging out area specially in the sector 126.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.
