Remarks
As all the field required above have been filled up with negative remarks as because i want to convey to higher authority that pls do something for the college. I dont say to improve infrastructure of the college but do atleast something so that faculty are available and also introduce some cocuricullar activities for overall development.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am pursuing bcom course which is a 3 years graduation where the exam pattern is consisted of 6 semester along with 6 internal examination within the period of 3 years. Each semester and internal examination to be conducted in 6 month and the weightage of semester and internal examination are 80 percent and 20 percent
Placement Experience
This is an government college affilated by Sambalpur university which donot provide any internship facility to the student.it very sad to say that there is no regular classes in this college so internship to student is very big dream.
College Events
In our college all the events are celebrated as usual such as ganesh puja and saraswati puja, annual function, seminars,atheletic, where various student take participate and there performance are really appreciable.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As the college is government college, so the fees structure available here are such that poor people can also read here. as well as their are some discount for the minority ,sc/st and girl chid student as compared to general student. here the one year admission fees is around 1200 excluding exam form fillup price .
Fees and Financial Aid
The college donot provide any scholarships to the student evenif the government affilated scholarship which required help of the college to get the student verified frankly they donot do this job.i have applied for no. Of scholarship but no-one has been verified by college still its pending showing remark to be verified at college level.
Campus Life
There are various science laboratory such as physics laboratory , chemistry laboratory ,And their is botanical garden ,separate room for ncc student, student union room. But there is no room specified for sports and other cultural activities sich as music and dance.
Alumni/Alumna
Here the student are very goodly bonded with seniors and available faculty's. Seniors help us during exam time by providing notes , teaching us dome concept, help in college activites etc.student keep frequent contact with alumini also
Admission
After getting 12 marks i had applied for bcom in above stated college online and the filled up form in college and on 1st merit list i got my name and got admitted the very next day after collecting the required document such as slc and migration certificate.
Faculty
As i have already stated this college lacks in faculty specially in commerce department, there is one HOd permanent and rest faculty are on contractual basis who get appointed at very end moment as a result for which the ultimate pressure come to student.
