CAMPUS LIFE AT SRM TRICHY

There is a elective course that will available from 2year and you can choose one subject to study and that's really good idea and we have mac labs and also they provides a ipad 10gen its very useful at exam times merely the curriculum is well as good

In second year also the interns are available recently the japan company has offered a placement for three students from ece department with 15lakhs per annum and also many companies will offer jobs and intern at the last of third year

From 5 semester you can get internships and placements by many of those companies and nearly google,ibm,tcs,wipro and more nearly you can get 95% of students got placed in previous year and my plans is to join with any mnc and work upto i get some amount to start my own business and also I would like to do graphic designing and game development so soon after i start my own business i will join with the designing company

For yearly i pay nearly 365000 Tution fees - 200000 For resgistering as a fresher you need to pay - 10000 Book and cdc fees - 25000 Hostel-165000 If you are using transport of srm it will rise accordingly to your distance There is more scholarships and offers Like good marks in 12th or first graduate in family or if you admitting with your cousin

At the time of augest we have the cultural fest named rasrand2025 snd its the first time in trichy srm and they have invited andrea and arranged for dj by akram and thats so immersive and at the campus we have well structured library and labs and also we have smart board all of our classes are teached through the board and we have centralised ac with indoor games and also we have basketball play grounds

We have double doored cupboards and one balcony and you have three cots and stuty tables and good western toilet and bathroom with showers and hot water also available each floor has wifi but speed is not enough and meal quality is moderate not good and weekly once chicken briyani and rice will be served and for other states also they have served rotti and dhal rooms are really good and some rooms are available with ac if you pay 65000 and there is 3 and 6 sharing rooms are available and i dont know about pg in locality coz i have switched to home from hostel.

First i have checked the placements of the others colleges which located in trichy and i have sort list 2 colleges,SRM and DSU but comparatively SRM has vibe and chaos's and i have went to college and asked for admission they told me that if you come under the criteria of getting 190 cutoff means you can book a seat with the amount of 10000 which not be refunded and i get above 200 so i have joined easily!

There is really good bonding with students we can ask any doubts with faculty at anytime especially deepa mam she is class mentor when i joined as a fresher and she really helps me to get out of fears and she is very kind and there are nearly two internals exam, if you get good marks in internals then you can achieve more than 9cgpa in semester and you can easily clear all exams without arrear

Yes we have group discussions in cdc class and we discuss and practice about interviews first we will prepare for aptitude test and will discuss how to clear all rounds and the admissions will be done if you have the cutoff above 190

We have gym in our hostel and there is no need to pay for it's totally free of cost there is a cafeterias named bassil restaurant and the foods are really good and the timings for hostel 8.00 pm for boys hostel and 6.00pm for girls if you want to hangout you have to get permission from facilities and warden after you can roam outside the clg but its not safe but you can visit to nearest temples named sri rangam and from 80kms there is place named pachamalai it's relatively good place to visit and there are many falls and view points
