Remarks
Svnit give a platform to a student to achieve high in his/ her life. Overall scenario is good in svnit. just few negative points like hostels, food which i think is poor in all college in india would not make it a bad college.
Course Curriculum Overview
mechanical course is the most difficult course in the engineering field. its is based more on practical than on theory. as for exam structure it is there are mid and end sem exam conducted by the college every year to check the theory knowledge of the student.
Placement Experience
Now for placements and jobs opportunities, svnit has decent placement stats with an average of 7-8 lpa . yes our college provide internship to the students. As such stipend are concern it not that much high but adjustable.
College Events
there are many events that are organised in svnit like sparsh,sports fest, techanical fest , mmct. More over there are many club of different branches which conducts events frequently according to the needs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee in svnit is very high for general candidate. Few year ago fews has increased drastically and it is same as of many private colleges .For one year one has to pay around 180000 including tuition as well as hostel fees .
Fees and Financial Aid
as per my knowledge i do nit know about the scholarship that are institute provide to us and i have nit availed any of it. But there is some relaxation for those students whose family income is less than 500000 pa
Campus Life
the ground of svnit are not in a proper condition and there are lack of sports facilities too. Only gym, badminton court, basketball courts are present in svnit. Now labs here have all the facilities that must have.
Hostel Facilities
yes i live in hostel and the hostel infrastructure are in dilapidated conditions as it very old institues, build in 1951 and nothing facilities are provided by the hostels side. some hostel are in good condition while other are in poor.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes alumi of svnit are very helpful. They regularly conducts seminars, events to boost students and motivate them and tell their sucess stories. Because of these alumini the placements are quite desent in svnit.
Admission
I have cleared JEE MAIN entrance exam and apply in jossa. Choice filling is done and according to that you will get get desired college with desired branch.and the it reporting in the college will get you there.
Faculty
faculty are well experienced and talented specially in mechanical field. they do their jobs wisely .Some are strict while some are very lean towards student and are very helpful.Overall faculty are good in svnit
