Remarks

It's a pretty good college, crowd from all over Mumbai is available here and there's a huge diversity. One won't have a problem to find friends of their interests. Q proper balance of academics and extra curricular is maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Just started with the course curriculum and I feel it's pretty for now and exam structure as described and introduced by the professors seems pretty good. Enough time give to get acquainted and comfortable with the curriculum

Placement Experience

4

Since I'm a fresher with interest in more higher studies, I can't say much about the college placements. But if one's above average, return of investment is easy in one year of job. Internship is a major part of the curriculum from this academic year as per the Mumbai University.

College Events

4.5

My college is a deemed to be University, Dr. D. Y. Patil University, it has a huge campus and the most famous D.Y. Patil stadium, college cultural fests and tech fests are pretty good. Many festivals are celebrated on large scale.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, it's more or less near the average required for an undergrad engineering degree. One can also apply for scholarships and avail of on merit. Reservation candidates pay upto only 10% of the fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know much as I haven't applied for any scholarship but as said earlier, it's easy to apply for scholarship and it is given on the basis of merit. Scholarships for reservation candidates and economically weather students makes it feasible for them.

Campus Life

4.5

Excellent labs, it labs, libraries, workshops, auditoriums and also a cricket stadium is a highlight of the college. Air conditioned seminar halls, auditorium are there for the students. Basketball court, a cricket stadium, football ground, badminton court and many more are there inside the campus.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is great, the principal is himself a PhD graduate from IIT Bombay. Students are placed across the globe either with jobs or for higher studies. Seniors so far have been very helpful with introducing us to the college

Admission

I got admission through centralised allotment procedure (CAP) conducted by the CET- CELL in Maharashtra. One has to just fill in the colleges in a list in order of most prefered college to least preferred college along with branches

Faculty

4

Since the college is a 2nd tier college, can't complain about the faculties but they're pretty helping and understanding. Teaching pace is such that every student feels comfortable.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.
