Government Dungar College, Bikaner

Government Dungar College is best college in Bikaner. This college got first rank in Rajasthan for clean environment and pollution free atmosphere. There is some negativity at the time of college election. Some students some time do violence. This is just for political purposes.

Course study is good. I am studying B.Sc. ( Mathematics) and now I am in final year of the course. Exam structure is very simple. Maharaja Ganga Singh University Conduct Exams here every year and MGS University issue diploma to students.

I think there is no job placements in this College. This College will give you bechlor and master degrees. Which will help you to apply for government jobs. This College doesn't provide internship. Degree will help students to get government jobs.

(1) Annual day function. Evey year annual day function celebrated here. All the students come and some of them participate in cultural programmes. And there is also dance programme. And many more function: (2) 15 August Function (3) 26 January Function

There is no fee for studying in this college. Because this is a government College. But a little fee ( 1000 Rs) Applicable for admission charges. And when you fill exam form then you have to pay exam fees. Which is almost 1000 Rs to 1500 Rs.

There is scholarship offer in this college. But this scholarship really offered by Rajasthan government. BPL, OBC and SC, ST Candidates get scholarship for studying here. And for scholarship students need atleast 50% marks in first year course. SC, ST Candidates get some relaxation in minimum marks for scholarship.

There is All subjects laboratories. Like Physics, Biology, Geology, Chemistry, Botany etc. And all laboratories have lab assistants to take care of all the instruments of the laboratories. And classes taken time to time in all laboratories. All the instruments are new.

There is ragging related issue. When you come to College then all the senior students behave like your friend. And they all will help you when you need any help. If you are fresher and you don't know where is the classrooms then seniors will guide you.

This College gives admission on the bases of marks obtained by students in 12th class. They prepare a merit list, so if you want admission in this College then you should have above marks than cut off in 12th class.

College faculty is good. All are professional government professors. They gives lecture and attend class on time. I know a physics professor Mangal Sir, His behaviour is very attractive and his teaching method is very interesting.
