Course Curriculum Overview
my dream was to become biomedical engineer so i choose ece then i got needed practical knowledge from here i am so happy on that i got what i targetted for. the college prepare us with real world experience in teaching methods, i feel some juniour professors lack communication, but they are good. exams are of 6 months per year internal exams also 6 months
Internships Opportunities
here, they provide internship. but its not paid, not paid internships are available with good guidance. they help you in the projects from the begining to the end. they will give needed guidance, help and even thry take calls we want.
Placement Experience
from seventh semester, we starts to prepare for campus placement, before final exam, the placement held i havent joined the placement as i was intrested in hospitals. my friends many people got placed. some it companies in chennai and some from karnataka was present, average 3lakh per annum package was got for them. about 70% peoples were got placed. i pursued my dream of biomedical engineer
Fees and Financial Aid
yearly 50000 was fees library lab maintanance was about 1000 exam fees was 7000 yearly caution fees was 10000 tution fees was 50000. registration fees was 2000. id card fee was 500. batchmates and me had similar fees except tuiton fee .
Campus Life
tech fest, annual day are all held in this college library is huge almost every books are here. classrooms are smart class. to be honest, they are neat and clean. sports is an important area. the sports facility are too good. clubs like eco club, social club etc are here, giving students a pleasure.
Admission
i applied to different colleges in kerala, tamilnadu, karnataka. i get first in kollam. then in ernakulam, then i got in chennai. i got it like, yeah, i need to join a college distant to be like, fly fre. the i decided to join here. realm world experience . this college, i got it in management quota. then they checked my marks and after few bargains on my fees, i got in the college.
Faculty
faculties were very good to be honest. they were qualified. the professors in main field like vlsi es and dsp were too good. they give us what we want. lab istrucotrs were truly helpful. they guide us to projects without tiredness several teachers encourage paper presentations mini projects and coding events. some real world industry exposutre is missing here. some fresher professors are bad in communication. some modern tools are missing in some labs they teach us foundation subjects, core technicals, specialized ece subjects,project and applications. internal mark 30 percent external exam 70 percenty
Night Life
gym is a small scale gym. we have a cafeteria, which is like 100+ students can be in. almost good foods are there. i was staying outside the college. still i visited hostel, its very good. timing was mrng 9 am to evening 4pm. outside university there are not good places to visit parks or temples are after 20km there is no night life
