Remarks

Studying at CIT is a good experience and I like this college very much.

Course Curriculum Overview

Though the course curriculum is based on Anna university, they are teaching us more things like soft skills which include training to speak boldly in stages, foreign languages like German and Japanese. They conduct preparation course called university preparation course (UPC)

Placement Experience

The placements in this college are good. They also provide internships which will be helpful for our career in engineering

College Events

There are 3 main events celebrated in our college. The first one is citcos which is a science exhibition where we make projects and display them which was a nice experience. The second one is the college symposium which happened for each department which was also good. And the last one is takshashila which is our college's main cultural event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I am pursuing my B.E. Computer Science and Engineering. The fees were according to the Anna university syllabus. They also provide scholarships for those who had scored good marks in school. I also got a merit scholarship through college. The fees for Japanese class was about Rs12000

Fees and Financial Aid

Since I got good marks in my 12th std, the college gave me merit scholarship based on my marks and cutoff.

Campus Life

We are encouraged to participate in hackathons like the Smart India hackathon and other events conducted by SAE. The campus life is good. The atmosphere of the campus is peaceful and refreshing. Those who are interested in sports are allowed to participate in inter-college competitions

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors were also friendly with us. There was no ragging. In fact, the seniors taught us many new things which were helpful

Admission

Since I got good marks in my 12th std, I got my admission in CIT by merit scholarship. The admission process was very easy and simple. I came to know about this college because of the extras they teach apart from only the syllabus. It was rare in colleges today in Tamilnadu. So I chose this college

Faculty

The faculty of this college is very good. They teach us the portions very clearly and clarify our doubts immediately. They are also friendly to us. They also finish the portions a month before the semester which gives us more time to study. Upc training is also good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.
