Infrastructure, Good placement, 8 big events a yr

Less hostels. 1st yr seats-400(boys) 140(girls)
Campus is smaller than other tier2 nits, i expected a bigger campus

Course Curriculum Overview

Currently in 1st yr so I have not explored much. But my inner feeling says I am in the right place and in the right branch. There are so many club and community which gives us a real world applications. Course curriculum and teaching method are good Classes are of 50min.It starts from 9 to 12:20 then from 2 to 5:20 . Morning timing is generally lab and evening theory classes

Class Size: 94Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

15070(As I have OBCNCL quota with less than 1lakh annual income) Onetime fees(2750), Tuition fees/sem(62500), others/sem(5890) , annual fees(540) 100% tuition fee wavier for sc, st and obc, gen, ews with less than 1 lakh income. 2/3 of the tuition fee wavier for obc, ews, gen with income between 1lakh to 5 lakh And rest have to give full fees As I am an other state candidate I don't have any scholarship but there are some for home state candidates

Campus Life

There are total of 8-10 events per yr. In which 2-4 are the biggest one. One of those I witnessed is the sports event samar conducted by sourya community. The biggest cultural event will be just after duwali. As I am in 1st yr so I don't know the names of all those 10 events

Admission

As I am in nit so I came here after giving jee. I passed my 12 th from Rajasthan but my home is in Assam. So I don't have home state for nit silchar. So as we know nit seats are alloted through csab/josaa.I came here through csab. But I truly wanted nit silchar civil which closed at lower rank so I didn't get that

Faculty

1:12.They are cooperative and approachable With the teachers I have interacted the best is saini sir. Reason to like is he is very friendly and he clear my doubts every time There is no faculties I have hate for most of them teach us on an avg level. Mid sem are easy and end sem is hard for 1st yr. Around 5 out of 94 in mining branch. Yes course curriculum is very much realted to branch

Night Life

Gym is a moderate one (consider it a 500 wala gym) but I is slowly modifying with new equipment There are 3-5 cafeteria inside the campus. There are 2 big library all these closes at around 7:30 Hostel are very good. Open every time. Since I am very new here I have not explored much hangout places. But there are places to roam and safe at night too

Placement Experience:

This college is the best college in whole Chhattisgarh in terms of placements. This college will give you best placements that even the gov. college of it's level will not. A minimum of 400000 per year placements here is easy. And if you got some amazing skills then you can get a package more than 2200000 per year. That's very nice!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty are of excellent knowledge and it has different types of courses which can be implemented in your career and they have different teaching structure and we have 3 classes in a week and it is of 4 hours and only had one subject a day which gives a better understanding to us.

An amusing experience at university

Remarks:

Best : Education Quality In our college we can study free of mind and with enjoyment. A huge library is there for study and for taking books from there. Worst : Hostel management In Our college hostle place is less, that's why more student need to away from college

My Review

Admission:

I had completed my diploma From Rungta college in 2015 and then by Counseling (Counselling of BE /B Pharma) I got Lakhmi. Chand institute Of Technology college then there was a call from the college for my Document verification after verification I filled up the admission form, then the fee submission.

An Homestate Girl in NIT Raipur

Honestly As A Girl , My Parents did'nt Allowed me to Leave my state . Which is very disappointment for me but it is okay They care about me ,so that nothing happen to me. My college is good

I applied in jossa counselling and get this college via that counselling because of my jee mains rank i got this college very best whatever I can get so i didn't really apply for any college just got addmission into this college because of jossa counselling and jee mains and jee advanced. I want to join iits but my rank was not that good so i didn't get seat into college like iit Bombay, iit Delhi, iit Kharagpur etc. I get addmission iny college firstly you have to give jee mains exam and get ranks as follows 75000 for general studies to get addmission in my college via jossa counselling or csab counselling you got the seat then pay the seat acceptance fee and book the seat in college then go to physical reporting to that college....Read More

Life in nit Raipur

First i apply for nit tiruchi but the cause of lack of percentile I got the the admission in nit Raipur in btech biotechnology the nit Raipur is a reputable in the matter of h good placement with none core branches but the nit tiruchi is highly reputable prefer high placement with core and none core branches Yes I got the rejection from nit tiruchi and nit bhopal as. My Daily Life At NIT Raipur

I had applied for NIT Silchar , But i didn't got it because of Low percentile in Jee Mains 2025 but i got NIT Raipur At Last Because NITs Have Home State quota and I Belong to Chattisgarh ,so i got NIT . I didn't Choose this college this was the only option i Had Left . So i had to choose this college that to Bio Technology Branch .but anyways i got good college ,better than half of the private institute in the manner of Fees and Reputition . We got admission through JOSAA , And we have to qualify Jee Mains Examination ,which Is Conducted By NTA ( National Testing Agency ) . The cutoff the exam category wise are Gen - 93.4 Percentile , Obc-82.1 Percentile , Sc -61 Percentile , And For ST it is 48 Percentile.
