The in time are recently changed and are even more strict even for the boys which should be brought back to old Timings as it is difficult to get inside the campus by 6 pm cause even for project work or some group activity it is the only time where we can spend outside.

The course curriculum is a well-framed and structured one which allows students to choose from a variety of subjects .you will be given a list of subjects which are offered for the upcoming semester and the student can choose it by the end of the previous sem or during holidays

Placements vary from branch to branch as I can compare my branch with computer science which is the highest salary package being obtained. whereas its Average for a mechanical placement where the highest salary package is 8-9 lakh per annum

There are two main cultural events in college which are riviera and gravitas .riviera being the cultural fest which is biggest in India and gravitas being the science-related fest. Also, there are a lot of clubs and chapters which conduct events regularly every week.

The fee structure is obviously not for normal people .only the upper middle class can afford the fee.it depends on the candidate's rank again. though as per government rule there are 20 seats which are offered to students who are good in academics and financially weak

As far as I know, there is no such thing as called scholarship but they do provide a certificate for achievers every year with some money ranging from 1k to 2k.apart from that there’s nothing called a loan facility as per my knowledge.

Vit gives equal importance to sports just like academics and labs are well maintained with latest equipment .there are 2 big playgrounds around the campus which is a vast area and from basketball to cricket till gymnasium, everything is available at free of cost

Hostel facilities are really good and outstanding that to they're in process of renovating the buildings. Though only a few blocks are air-conditioned it is up to the candidate's academic performance as it is again related to the candidate's score to get an Air-conditioned room. else he has to have a friend who has a good score so that he can select him for an ac room.

They’re but not for other alumni or students of college they do give donations to college and nothing much. They do have a separate room for that but I don’t think so any suggestions are been brought to light as there are a lot of politics involved inside.

Initially, I had to write the entrance exam and clear it with good marks so that a good rank is obtained which will place us in a category with fewer fees. There are a total of 4 categories according to the rank obtained by the students. starting from 2.3 lakh per annum to 4.95 lacs per annum being the highest for category 4 students

Faculties can’t be generalized as both good and bad faculties will be there in each college but VIT recruits only people with good experience as a faculty.on general note faculty are average but the good thing is you can avoid selecting bad faculties through this fully flexible credit system.
