- SSCBS is a college to die for as it teaches you a corporate culture.
- A 7 floor building with top two floors being boys hostel in the same building.
- There are two canteens in all at our college and a football ground as well.
Dislikes
- Definitely the location as it is 15misn walking from Rithala Metro while most colleges are at a walking distance from our college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Bachelor of Management Studies is more advanced than BBA and this course have come from Mumbai University and our is more advanced than theirs. I have checked them both and because our course is more advanced them them, I have opted for this.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies like Ifco Tokio, Kotak Mahindra Bank, AB Corporation and other with a stipend of 15-20k is what we were offered. Nearly 30 students were given intenrships through college counseling of the same.
Placement Experience
Microsoft, PWC, Deloitte and endless MNCs which have a great influence on inspiring western culture are the ones who comes for placements. Placements are almost 100% for BMS and payments for the same is around 5-6 lakhs on and average.
Fees and Financial Aid
SSCBS is one of the best DU colleges for placements. The fees in the first year was 25400 and some deposits and all. From this year it's 27000 a year and still much lesser than other DU colleges which offers the same course.
Campus Life
Our college isn't that big as a 7 floor building and a sports ground. One canteen is inside the building and one separately installed. Our annual fest is Crescendo and it's more or a business fest than just a normal cultural fest.
Admission
A lot of colleges or Mumbai University like the Mithibai, NM, and HR college were some of them from where I got accepted through CET score. However all those colleges have good teaching and placements but the corporate culture which is taught here is next level and for that reason I have chosen SSCBS.
Faculty
Our faculties are from such famous colleges like the FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI and IIMs as well. So with that kind of potent people on board, faculties acumen can't be questioned at all. We are lucky to have them and their teaching is more than one can expect as it's of highest order.
Night Life
Our college is close to Rithala which doesn't have many hangout spots nearby. Our library is the best place for me as we stay there till 6 pm and then nearby malls and cafes are the ones where we usually hangout.
