A Review of My College

1. The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is that the bsc c.s course is designed in such a way that it includes basic to advance chapters including coding languages such as c,c++, java , python , which are demanded by the top companies . 2. The curriculum includes the subjects which i chose was computer science and statistics. In which the cs includes the coding languages which are very good for future jobs and for the real world applications to make such social media apps , web development and many more . Statistics includes the research which is also very good for future jobs . 3. The areas for improvement in the course curriculum is that it should include the A.I and machine learning topics which are trending very much in today's world and should include latest operating systems which are updated . 4. The frequency and the timing of the exam is good by default .

The companies such as swiggy , zomato , tech hcl offers internships mainly technical side . The stipend is around 15 -20k / month. Every year the campus drives come to this college and interested students sit for the availability for the job .

1. From the 4th semester the students here become eligible for camplus placement. 2. The companies visited are swiggy , zomato, techhcl and many more . 3. The average package is 2,40,000 indian rupees , The highest i don't know. 4. minimum 50% student gets placed here . 5. I am preparing for SSC cgl exam after the degree .

I opted for Bsc ( Mathematics, Computer Science and statistics ) for which year wise fee i paid was Rs. 22,579 . For Mathematics fee breakup - Duration 3 Years 1st Sem. ? 5,749/- 2nd Sem. ? 2,830/- For Computer Science fee breakup - Duration 3 Years 1st Sem. ? 7,000/- 2nd Sem. ? 7,000/- The yearly fee will not be increasing . The college also provide 100% scholarship who are eligible. ( Must have caste certificate and affidavit) .

1. The name of the annual fest held in Shia pg college is the Expressions Youth Fest which is held every year in the month of april . 2. There are accessible range of books and journals available in the library. 3. The facilities and technologies provided in the classrooms are it has smart boards which is for better teaching experience . 4. The sports include Cricket , Basketball and extra curricular activities like Nukkad Natak, singing, Dancing , Mehndi Competition and many more offered by the campus .

1. I applied for Lucknow University entrance exam and Shia pg College in which i got selected first for the shia pg college. I chose this college because of the merit system admission based only . The admission process here is very easy . 2. no, i dont get rejected but the subjects i wanted to own in the Lucknow University campus was not there as i scored the low rank in the entrance exam . 3. The admission process of the college is very easy , it is based on the merit list system , no entrance exam is there. The eligibility for the admission is only you have to score atleast 45% in the 12th board any stream .

The relationship between faculty and students is usually cordial, most professors are quite approachable and willing to help with acedemic queries, acreer advice . The name of the faculty i liked the most was Statistics department , they provide regular and best class in Lucknow rather than other colleges , best teacher and they were very knowlegeble. I didn't liked the C.S department as sometimes the teachers does not take the class , but they were the best teachers , although they provide the best notes . There were total 6 exams for every 6 semesters exluding practicals. They difficulty level for the exams were sometimes easy and sometimes moderate but not that difficult. Almost every student cleared the exam .

There are many caferias to hangout near this college . There is no fix timing for the campus but it includes 7 am to 3 pm in between classes . it,s locality is safe inside and outside . no need to worry about ita all.
