College known for its discipline and massive opportunities

My conclusion about the college management is very much discipline-based and so is its timings. The morning starts sharp at 6:00 Am, and you have to reach the college by 5:55 Am.

The exam structure is research-driven since there are two sets of examiner semester firstly there is a CIA also known as class internal assessment followed by a semester examination the marks of CIA are added in the semester examination. The college has a pattern of 80 marks examination in which 20 marks are added of which 10 marks are from CIA and 10 marks are divided into two parts first part comprises of 5 marks for assignment and the rest 5 marks are dedicated to attendance.

The placement of our college is best known because it consists of many societies and placement agencies and placement cell. The college is also best known for giving placements of more than rupees 5 lacs to its members yearly. There are certain internships programs also which ensures, growth of a person's business knowledge and aptitude.

Since Xaviers is a Christian College it has all the events of a Christian society but nevertheless it also celebrates the events that have Saraswati Puja, Gandhi Jayanti, etc. College also celebrates some widely known events such as Xavotsav, Goonj, etc. The college also holds business fests.

The fee structure of the college is a little different from what you normally get. At the time of admission for Bcom, you will have to pay an amount of 26500 as admission fees which would also include the fees for the first quarter. In every quarter there is a fixed fee of 10500.

I did not opt for the scholarship you have to be 18 plus for opting for a scholarship. There is a scholarship program for first-year students and they can avail it easily. There is also a program for concession in fees.

Talking about campus life it has been already told that Xaviers is a discipline-based society and college therefore any kind of enjoyment would not be found on campus. Talking about gender ratio in the college, BCom morning is fully boys and BCom evening is Co-ed. The college is full of competition it has many debate societies, etc.

The alumni network and senior students are very much helpful especially at the time of seeking for notes.

After the merit list was released by college I got selected in the first list, followed by a small interview on a date specified by the college. The process is what it seems like firstly the cut off list is released by the college and then the dates according to the cutoff list are specified by the college on these dates the candidates will be called for interview with their parents and them have to meet the the principal of the college and the Dean, after the interview they will get their roll number. After which they will be enrolled as a Xaverian.

The faculty of college is very supportive and they're divided on the basis of courses for example you have become morning office for Bcom morning and BCom evening office for Bcom evening you also have office for Arts and Science for the students who enrol themselves in Arts and Science apart from this all the staff and faculty members are disciplinary in their actions.
