My college experience

the course curriculum is pretty good, the staff helps us in all the way they could and can. The exam structure is like we have two semesters in one year of our UG course for every six months we have one semester. And in one semester we have two mid exams which conclude internal marks as well, we have marks viva, communication skills, regularity, behavior etc. The average of two mid exams will be added in the main semester exam.

placement and job opportunities are being provided very well by the unviersity. Yeah we do have internships but i havent gone through one. As far as i know my seniors had gone through some internships and they were pretty good as for them. We have good opportunities by the certificates provided by the university.

we have a lot of events celebrated here in the university. As of now we r having KALAKRITI event being celebrated from tomorrow onwards and we do have a flash mob as of today. We have main events like GUSAC, GEM FEST etc. Which also hosts many concerts and many celebrities do come over to entertain and get entertained by us.

The fee structure is a bit expensive as compared to any other colleges. But i think this university do deserve lot of money but not extravagantic because of the cultural diversity and understanding between staff and students etc.

Scholarship facility is being provided now as our new chiarman MR.BHARAT garu opted a new facility being provided for the childrens of staff in Gitam Who are studying in Gitam get a scholarship of 10000-15000.

we have weekly two labs depending upon the subjects i chose. We do have pains sports activities such as badminton, tennis, basketball, volleyball, etc. And we do have NCC AND NSS that keeps students aware of social life.

As of me my seniors and alumni of this university weren't that much helpful because yeah i didnt need any help from them and there was no need of help from them to me or anyone because the staff is always helping and shaping us for our future.

I have read many articles in different websites about Gitam and as my father is a staff memeber in Gitam, i know the atmosphere of this university very well. As i completed my intermediate exams i wrote GAT etc exams but i didnt have an opportunity to get seat so i decided to do a degree in Gitam. I applied for admission and they checked my over all educational qualifications and accepted me to join in their university. After formalities i can proudly say im an GITAMITEE.

we are lucky to have such good faculty and we r lucky enough to being taught by them. They help us in every way even they construct a students behavior etc and during exam times they try their best to help us pass out all the exams.
