RVS college

In some cases it is the worst college to study. They don't give us any freedom and we feel like in a jail sometimes, we are not given any chance to show what we are really made of and the college only want our money.

The course is really good and it is affiliated by Anna University, the exam structure is kind of perfect because we have exam every day, and then we have 3 internal exams and one model exam and then the main exam.

The placement is good but the company's coming here aren't so good, one of our faculty said that the companys which come to our college are for diploma students not for engineers, and most of the students don't go for that because the money they will be getting is too low. The college don't allow us to go for internships which are help in other places.

The events celebrated are less comparing to other colleges, in my whole 3 years here i have only seen maximum of 4 events, like onam celebration, pongal then some other things, which is not too good but not too bad, but these events are soo boring.

The fee structure varies depending on the students, if the students are coming from tamilnadu then they have to pay a little amount of money but those students who are from other states and are in management quota have to pay a large amount, but comparing to other colleges the fee is feasible.

The scholarship are only given to some students because the students coming from other states are not given any scholarships but the students from tamilnadu have scholarships and they only have to pay a little amount of money, and the loan facility are given to everyone.

There is no extracurricular activities happening, they don't even take us for industrial visit, they don't allow us to go for any internship, labs are good, they have an OK facility in labs, then we are not given any sport's chances.

I stayed in the hostel for the first year of my college life and it was the worst anyone can think about, the infrastructure of the hostel is too bad and the bathrooms are the worst, the food given there is soo pathetic and the water is not at all safe.

Actually we have one of the worst seniors, like the ragging and all is too much and they are not friendly, and there some seniors who are really helpful and are good. We don't even know who our seniors are, they only want our money.

I went through an agent where he introduced me about the college and fee structures, if we go directly the fee will be higher and then I they asked about my marks and which department I'm interested and then I got the seat.

The faculty's are very good and they are really helpful, they care about the students and they teach really well. They come to the class at the correct time, but some teachers only takes class in Tamil and not in English.
