Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum and syllabus are up to date and according to the guidelines of the university and National Education Policy 2020. There are exam on semester basis and internals and class tests are there for us.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 136300 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fee is Rs 149300 including Rs 104800 academic fee, Rs 20000 University fees, Rs 10000 Security deposit one time refundable, Rs 2000 Alumni fee one time, Rs 9000 for additional certificate course, Rs 3000 for examination fees and Rs 500 for innovation and incubation fees.

Campus Life

There are several fests such as JUSTITIA for law and CONNECT for management organised by the college. there are several clubs also such as dance, photography, arts, drama, music, mindblenders, etc. students can choose according to their interests.

Admission

I applied to this college as it is affiliated under Indarprastha University. Admission process includes Common entrance exam conducted by the university and CUET as well. You get to choose from the list of college on basis of your preference , so i applied to GIBS.

Faculty

Teachers are knowledgeable and skillfull, they always provide us with the guidance and support that the students need related to the subjects. They always show patience towards queries of the students.

Night Life

There is a spacious canteen area where students can hang out and there are nearby cafes, mall and many local food stalls to eat and hangout. other than this, students can also go for far away places such as NSP, IIN delhi haat.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Maims college detailed review

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. The percentage of students getting placements are around 8290%. My plans after getting this degree includes to do a post graduation in the fields of business only and then get

Placement Experience:

Placement Deptt of College is very good and students got eligible after 5th Semester for Placement. During Placement Drive, all the top level companies visited to College Campus, even I got 4 Offers from different companies, whereas i Joined ICICI Bank due to flexible working hours and salary pakcage was good also.

Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Overall. the interships and placement cell is very active and helpfull.
