Remarks

This college is best for TEXTILE students as there are 100% placement in textile department. New branches are opening and the college is growing rapidly. Labs are having the best machines available in market. Overall it is the best you can get in Rajasthan if you choose textile as a career.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very good. Courses are based on RTU latest syllabus. Exams are conducted in college only , no need for other examination centers. Also exams are conducted properly without much disturbance

Placement Experience

For TEXTILE students there are in campus placement. Various big companies like Raymond, Vardhman,sintex, nahar industries,etc. Come to college every year offering jobs to students. These companies also allows internships for students.

Various colleges events are celebrated in our college every year like gaitey, and other cultural festival. Also sports tournaments are organised through the session for students interested in sports.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is divided into three parts. SFS (SELF FUNDED SEATS) , GAS (GOVERNMENT AIDED SEATS) AND TFWS SEATS. On average for SFS seats fee is about 70,000 INR, for GAS seats it is about 40,000 INR, and 12, 000 for TFWS seats

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is provided by college alumnis every year based on personal interview of students. Also various others scholarships are there for SC/ST ,OBC category students. Special scholarship are there for girl students

Campus Life

Lab are really good and well equipped. Large ground for basketball, badminton and other sports. Various industry visits are organised for students.also there is a large and well developed computer lab where everyone can spend their free time learning new skills through free internet

Alumni/Alumna

Alumnis are always connected to college. They provide money for various activities and scholarships for students. Also they help in college development. Seniors are the best, no ragging at all and also they treat juniors like their own brother and sister , and provide books and other materials to them.

Admission

I got admission through REAP ( RAJASTHAN ENGINEERING ADMISSION PROCESS). I filled the form on REAP's official website. Then i got an email saying i have been allotted a seat in the college and then i reported in the college for further admission process

Faculty

College faculty is really good. Professors as well as lab assistant and others are well qualified and helpful to students. They have proper knowledge in their field and lots of teaching and industrial experience.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Nice college to be around but needs improvements

I did not choose this college I kept on the counseling list and eventually, I landed in this college. The college campus is small compared to other colleges I applied to and also lacks few facilities . I could not make it to other colleges as I fell short of a few percentile. I applied to other famous REAP colleges such as MBM Jodhpur, CTAE Udaipur, and RTU Kota, but only got this one. Yes I got rejected from MBM Jodhpur, CTAE Udaipur, and RTU Kota. The JEE score I got didn't make it there. There are two types of admission. Direct admission and through Rajasthan Engineering Admisssion Process. Based on the seats available you can get direct admission, but through REAP , first the outside states students get their seats allotted, then the seats are allotted to the home state students.
