Galgotias University is Great!

BBA here is tough as we have around 5-6 theory and 2 practical subjects every semester. Our course carries case studies of international brands and universities and also we have tie-ups with Korean and European Universities. So our course become thag much effective as we get to know about global consumers and business scalability through our course.

Banks and audit firms like Deloitte and PWC have provided internships to our students. Stipend as high as 30-35k was provided and few students have managed to grab internships at Bain & Company on their own as well.

Galgotias University has great placements record and business school of the university is as good as the law and engineering school of the university. Like let's say there are over a 1000 students passing out each year for BBA and still 400 or more are placed with an average salary of 40-50k in hand.

Galgotias University School of Business is one of the best universities for BBA. The fees is slightly high as it is 1.7 lakhs a year. Batch size for our course is over 1200 and nearly 50% of them stay at the hostels as well. I don't stay at the hostels but for those who stay has to pay an additional 1.2 to 1.5 lakhs depending upon the room.

Our campus is on Yamuna Nagar expressway and possibly the best location i would say. Campus is over 50 acres and has almost everything that one can probably ask for. Sports facilities are immense as basketball courts seperate for boys and girls and then we have badminton courts which has special timings only for girls. We have a sports fest called Exuberance and then we have an cultural events called UNIFEST.

Yes I was rejected from Christ University and Symbiosis Pune but when i calculated the fees and opportunities I didn't felt left out. Our university gave direct admission and thus no fuss and admission were done. So, at Galgotias the intake is high as whomsoever desires to study BBA can take admission here.

Exams are super tough here as faculties reward the students here who are serious and treat bad to the ones who are non serious kinds. Attendance are strict and those with low see their marks getting reduced in internals as well. So, students here might be non serious but faculties aren't. Professor Akash Siddharth who is masters from IIM Indore is the best I feel at the campus.

Campus closed for non hostel students at 8 pm and since I am not an hosteller I have to leave the campus by then. However, I travel by university bus services and my area bus leaves at 5 pm so rarely have I stayed at the campus beyond that.
